无据的情况下被明枪暗箭地怀疑服药，对任何运动员来说，相信都是很不愉快的一段经
历。回顾过往的新闻，在药检结果公布之前就大规模报道服药嫌疑的情况并不多，即便
是A瓶检出违禁成分，大多数报道的语气仍会比较客气，等到B瓶确认之后才会确认。是
什么让媒体放弃了对服药报道一向的谨慎？是西方媒体对中国戴着有色眼镜吗？从这次

that undoped. At first, I did not believe my experiment
lot's result and checked again. It really showed Doped poly
was etched slower than undoped. I did not find the answer
yet. Perhaps, it was because of the following 'drive-in'
like diffusion of doped poly, which might result in a thin
layer of silicon oxide over poly surface. Usually, undoped
poly was not followed by a diffusion step.

理论上来说n偏离1是因为什么recombination和high injection之类的吧，不同bias情
况下被不同机理主导。bias低的时候是recombination主导，要想靠近1,估计要靠减少
mid-gap defect之类的，bias高的时候从doping低的那边开始high injection,那难道
是增加doping好？不过增加doping的话，会不会低bias那边recombination又增加了?

只要doped GaAs的光学常数和cap layer的不同，cap layer下表面处必然会有反射并带
来kerr rotation。
如果lz能测出在817nm附近的cap layer和doped GaAs的光学常数（对有磁性的介质（这里的doped GaAs？），光学常数对左旋和右旋圆偏振光不同或者直接测voigt constant），在cap layer厚度已知的情况下，考虑cap layer的多重反射带来的kerr rotation是完全可以按我说的那篇文章的方法数值计算出来的。 |

You are not even a 民科. You already showed your stupidity in saying that
doped semiconductor is NOT more metallic than metal. The physical picture of
doped semiconductors is not something stupid guy could easily know, and
certainly you don't know. Whatever you are saying so far is garbage and you

But on the other hand, if doping is such a common practice in this sport (or
any other sports), maybe we should rethink this issue.
Maybe we should let everybody do whatever they want to improve their
performance and level the play field.
I know doping has its downside, but so are the many other aspects of sports.
Think about the injuries in football, judo or boxing. Or other unhealthy
training practices. Where do we draw the line? |
