儿子9个月checkup, 医生给打了H1N1的flu shot (first dose)。 一个月以后要打
second dose和season flu shot。 这些flu shot都是含有thimerosal(含汞的那种
preservative)的。 不知道大家有没有什么concern?我觉得， 虽然一个dose里边含的
汞是安全的， 可是反复打flu shot， 以后可能每年都要给小孩打， 这样汞累积， 会
不会有什么副作用？ 我跟医生说了我的concern，医生只是说现在没有证据证明
thimerosal有副作用。 每年他们只有很少量的thimerosal free flu shot供应。 到底

homeopathic product yesterday. Of course daily anti-histamine. Two puffs
Proair before bedtime. She cough really bad after an hour of sleep. The
cough didnt go away in two hours till she throw out her food and some thick
mucus. I gave her another dose of Proair close to 4 hours from the first
dose. Still some cough but eventually everyone fell asleep.
Today she is much better, so I think the congeation due to mucus is the key! |

溃。更崩溃的是宝宝二月的记录显示没有打pcv13，那医生给打的是第一针还是第二针
，会不会他以为自己二月打了一针，四月就order了第二针？？pcv13可以不按推荐的时
间打吗，cdc上没有查到。看着熟睡的宝宝，内心无比内疚，求有经验的宝妈赐教，谢

Record the time for tylenol and ibprofen.
4 hours between tylenol doses and 6 hours between ibprofen.
For example, if he took tylenol at 8:00am, he can't take tylenol again till
12:00pm, but between 8-12, if the temperature is not going down, you can
give him a dose of ibprofen. If you gave ibprofen at 10:00am, you can't give
ibprofen till 4:00pm, but you can give another dose of tylenol after 12:
00pm.

狗这些动物，需要一个safety factor才能给出对人的参考数据，这就增加了不确定性
。不过这个伦理问题太严重了，因为毒理实验要的是dose－response，绝大部分实验都
要上非常高的dose，比如你给出的链接里提到的“human volunteers were given
pesticide doses hundreds of times higher than levels considered safe for the
general population”这个对一般人来说太恐怖了，造成伤害的可能性太大，所以即
使通过了这个要求，志愿者也会很少吧，和做营养品的试验比起来；而样本少意味着误
差高～～

在调试，第一次dose用太大了。先降到正常dose附近吧。
我觉得我dose太高，接近hard bake. 高温 cross-linking 发生后会怎么样我还在查资
料。 |
