说的恶劣点， 如果你去的比较多，就说每次去他们都 double tip，你现在才发现。总
之就是要让信用卡公司觉得有调查的必要就行了。
如果他们属于bbb，事情就更好玩了，叫一群人一起BBB it，往大了说，往严重了说，
然后静观其变。

我想了想，单防的话，基本无解。因为丫的pull up shot本身就是正常防守所希望发生

double是可行的。因为他遭遇double的时候，很可能跟圣科比一样选择tough shot，而
不是传球，或者说即便想传，可能也传不好。哪怕传出去了，还可以轮转，总比丫小宇
宙爆发好些。。。
我不知道西溪的pull up是怎么练出来的，感觉比大多数人pull up之后的身体都要直（
好多人不仅pull up，还追求后仰。。。），平衡非常牛逼，而且跳的也高。。。 |

。也就是说你要在21个小时里面完成200mile。这21个小时还要打出来吃饭和小憩的时
间。还要考虑到后面非常疲劳体力下降的因素。落花姐姐你平时的骑行速度是多少？
看了一下去年DNF的还挺多的。如果要参加，有足够时间训练，还是有能完成的。如果
之前的mileage不够，两个月的时间build我觉得比较困难。这个比那种两天back to
back的double century难度都要高很多，类似于跑步的ultra marathon，或者三项里的
大铁了。2个月训练无论大铁还是超马都不太实际。尤其到后来拼得不止是体力了，还
有意志。
