周末不知道怎么突然忍不住非常恐怖的爆了一回。
不知道怎么特别特别馋面条儿和甜点。从前就是无面不欢的。
最近增加了游泳。回来特别饿。
就忍不住煮了点儿面条儿，结果吃了还想吃，最后吃了两大碗。晚上加班很晚，打开冰
箱，看到儿子的巧克力dought,斗争了很久，还是忍不住吃了。
第二天，游泳回来，又把剩下两个巧克力dought吃了，外加另一碗面条。
呵呵，很久没吃这么多碳水了。还这么集中。
这一周要好好控制饮食了。
目标体重已经维持了半年了，上上下下，5磅浮动。
人的意志力好像夜间严重下降。
减肥的同学们一定要早睡。 |

Schedule 5/17考CS, 怕CK准备不够,想晚点考. 但不知道考完后要多长时间才能收到分
和ECFMG certificate ---> 赶上9月15日ERAS 申请.
2. 在Prometric test center 模考Step1 的题是和在USMLE.org 上下载的sample
questions (USMLE free 138q)一样的吗? 还是不一样的题?
打算参加Prometric Step1 模考, 如果是一样的,就先不做USMLE free questions了.
