Ai Fiori就偏法国菜 RW menu，但环境是Ai Fiori更高档次，但我很impressive那鱼
Rouge Tomate的RW menu都很好吃，比较impressive，我几个朋友一致赞好
Gotham因为评语非常的好，还是纽约十大之列！我抱了好大期望，但RW menu太一般，
体现不到
Cafe boulud已经好久之前吃过，记忆味道一般，记忆最深刻是好挤。
SHO，觉得很不错啊，但完全是吃不饱！已经升到2星了，但还是有prx menu for lunch。
之后去吃Dovetail，回来在报告！
感觉上米其林的餐厅服务和环境都非常的好~~

dovetail joint比吗？ 同样是拼接， 用pocket hole和mortise/tenon 也不能同日而
语的。定做的好处是用料自己控制，具体的工艺也可以选。

当初买的时候，不熟悉南加的枪店，按照MSRP买的这个枪，
是我买的第一个火药枪，算是交了第一笔学费吧
那时候，一个新手，周围没几个认识的华人玩枪，唯一去过一个华人开的
枪店，他想700多卖我一把加了瞄的savage小口径枪，黑啊
anyway，那时候是新手，难啊
说回这个枪，这个枪的设计和用途非常贴近，如果是打算带着去打兔子
而且铁瞄用的比较好，（话说这个瞄具是peep sight，还是挺好用而且很容易打准）
价钱不是很贵的话，这个枪值得买
我所以卖掉的原因是我想要一个能够练习的枪，这个枪管只是里面一个薄钢管，
外面包的是塑料， 拆装的次数多了，会有磨损，不符合我大量练习的初衷
而且我喜欢加瞄具，这个枪只能装那种dovetail的rings，强度不够
打着打着，上面的镜子会松
最后一个原因是，因为这个枪托空心的，会有很大的回声，我讨厌那个声音。 |

I admire JMB's work as much as you do but I wouldn't make such comments.
Some of the later implementations, such as the beavertail grip is a great
design to improve handling characteristics of the 1911.
The later added firing pin block is also now considered necessary by many.
Dovetail sight, dotted / night sight, skeletonized hammer, aluminum trigger,
throated feed ramp, 8rd flush magazine, hell, even front strap serrations
are not JMB's design.

枪拿在手里还算舒服，别的就没什么了，Taurus就那样了。
去了靶场几次，有个问题：
弹着点总是偏右，而且还挺厉害。觉得是自己的问题，但是试了很多次，弹着点还是偏
右，而且弹着点还算密集。俺用G17对比了一下，弹着点正中没问题。
综上所述，俺认为是后瞄偏左（目视可以发现后瞄确实不居中，稍微偏左）。所以把后
瞄向右移动了一些，再打，弹着点还是偏右。把后瞄再向右移动了一些，再打，弹着点
还是偏右。如此三番，现在后瞄的dovetail都快要悬空了，还是没用。最奇怪的是不管
怎么移动后瞄，弹着点偏右的距离都基本一样，诡异啊！。。。
哪位老大给指点一下迷津？ 多谢！

pin装回去就很松了。
手枪上除了金属枪身握把片会用螺丝，其它地方极少看到螺丝吧(一些dovetail铁瞄再
外加一个螺丝固定)。固定零件的基本上都是水平或上下方向的roll pin。roll pin有
一定外张的弹性，可以卡得很牢，而且便宜，也不要考虑钻螺纹，螺纹滑牙，螺丝受震
松脱等问题。

不过caspian自己好像不做整枪，这枪的好坏要看做枪的那位，要是做成俺们这一位枪
匠给他太太做的每个弹匣都卡的.38 super 1911，那就很胸闷了。
另外这配置有点奇葩，一般红点在枪的重心上方，放那么后面整枪重心就变了，不会是
因为用了6寸枪管了吧。
没有制退器也不是double stack弹匣，不像是公开组的枪。
感觉上拼凑感较强但实际用途不明确。
如果把红点拆了套筒上装铁瞄，现在顶上光板的套筒需要重新开dovetail，花费也不少。 |

taylor baby和big baby直接从指板用木螺丝固定。我觉得不好看，不过也不容易注意
到。还有个好处是可以简单的把琴颈拆下来放包里上飞机，如果不让carry on的话。XD
