1.我用了trypsin和pepsin digestion,但是peptide coverage还是只有80%左右，N-
terminal尤其是CDR没有检测出来，大家一般还用什么其他的酶？比如chymotrypsin,还
是AspN好一些？
2.另外关于检查PTM（oxidation,deamidation, glycosylation)的software方面，现在
分析数据都是送给offsite的地方，等结果要好几天，也学不到什么，想自己也独立分
析分析，大家知道什么open source或者free dowload的软件推荐吗？先谢谢了。 |
