谓，毕竟这个房子有一些我们不喜欢的东西，厨房在中央，只有一个downdraft，还有
一些不喜欢的地方但是也没法改变比如车库远垃圾桶远，觉得只有价格低点心理上好受
些，我们的agent让我们再给一个offer,我们也觉得算了，差距太大，结果seller
agent现在又说后悔没给counteroffer了，说我们给900k以上的数字可以继续谈，我们
的agent指示可以在925-950之间搞定，我觉得我们的底线是90万，本来想着是88万，但
是现在如果给90万是不是人家又要给counteroffer又谈不拢了啊？如果给88万是不是又
要被拒了，而且怕惹seller不高兴根本就不想考虑我们，塞。 |

过客厅吧,。那个downdraft看着好像也不好使了，
车库离家远，垃圾桶也离家远，都要走一阵，不是很方便。 |

The front burner chamber of furnace has rust/smoke stains. this is usually
an indication that the unit may downdraft or has inadequate ventilation.
when testing the smoke makes with my gas detectors, gas readings were picked
up by both my combustible gas detector and carbon monoxide gas detector.
Have furnace evaluated/repaired (or replaced) by a licensed heating
specialist for safety against gases from entering the home.

北部，最近天气恶劣，周遭城市不时有断电事故发生），二是蒸馒头时用的锅比较大，
不能紧贴炉面。
这个cooktop的好处是有个downdraft的抽油烟机，效果还可以。
所以我想把其中的一半换成用气的，不知道这个想法可行不。有天然气接口。 |

yes it can.
I have downdraft ventilation in my kitchen, a powerful pair (625 CFM x 2),
worked very well. my kitchen is nearly spotless after 3 years use. a
difference, though, is that mine vent directly out through the wall, but
yours is on an island. not sure how much discount you will get in terms of
CFMs. |

I've been using a pair of downdraft vents for 3 years, my cabinets are as
clean as new. In the past, I wipe my cabinets every 1 or 2 months, I haven't
done it for at least 3 months now. |

1100cfm is plenty, should be no problem at all. most of time, I use only
625cfm, only occasionally I turn both units on. |

it works fine for me. I have a paired of good downdraft fans (both have
inline blowers) with a combined 1250 CFM. my kitchen is very clean after
cooking for 5+ years. |

天爆炒，也还是可以用的 。Google下downdraft range就有了。

准备换一个island hood,问题是灶台上面目前是日光灯，需要安装新的管道，顺便做一
下recess light。因为比较复杂，需要找一个有经验的师傅。如果知道LA附近有经验装
island hood的师傅，希望能推荐一下。如果是自己用过的，那就更好了。
准备周末和领导到华人工商上打广告的LA地区的油烟机专卖店看看，好像有妈妈乐，樱
花和三洋几个牌子，大家觉得那个更好些？
