feels.
AMD stock fell almost 15% last week and opened Monday's trading session
lower by 6% before bouncing slightly so far in early trading.
Analysts at Morgan Stanley downgraded shares of Advanced Micro Devices to
underweight from equal weight, moving their price target down to $8 from $11
. From Friday's close of $11.84, the price target would imply more than 32%

Fragomen的律师办的，不是premium。
鉴于最近EB3比EB2快很多的现状，我打算转EB3。
咨询了下LA的中国律师行，建议我等EB3的cut off到我的PD时，立刻用premium降级为
EB3，然后就可以立刻file I485。律师费收1500，USCIS那边的费用自理。
然后我又问了问Fragomen的律师，他们说我的原始Perm已经交给USCIS了，虽然可以
downgrade但是没法走premium。他们收Legal Fee 1650， USCIS 700， Misc 200左右
。同时他们说EB2，EB3经常变，downgrade也不一定快。
请问各位，用现有的perm downgrade到EB3能不能走premium？如果真不能的话，我的PD
的话是否应该现在降级？谢谢大家。 |

1, For this EB3 downgrade, are we going to go through the whole PERM process
to get a new PERM, or are we going to just use our previous PERM approval(
EB2)?
** This is not actually a “downgrade”. Rather, it is a second I140 filing
to classify the case in EB3 so you can file your green card application
immediately. Your EB2 I140 remains valid, as does the PERM that Lam filed

) is not recommended for EB3 China downgrade cases. USCIS has been
inconsistent with respect to accepting the EB3 downgrade petition under

EB2 or 3 are categories, not actual applicants, why applicants within two
categories fight against each other so hard? Doesn't make sense at all.
File your case in whatever way that not violates the law, it's as simply as
ABC, why criticize others? Don't blame others, blame yourself.

you including mine, then make up ur mind on what to do.
The data is there, look at previous pending inventory data to get an idea
how many EB2Cs are there on average per month, then look at most recent
pending inventory to gauge how many have downgraded to EB3. O will open the
gate when there is <1 month demand left for the category (this is subjective

We filed an EB-3 downgrade last November. Once the EB-2 downgrade has been
approved, your employment-based category will go from EB-2 to EB-3. When you
become current, the USCIS will automatically process your AOS application.

we receive the wire transfer, our Finance Dept. can process it and issue the
check that will be mailed to USCIS. This will take about 1 day. So if you

tomorrow.

1. downgrade OS
要装froyo,必须要有root的权限，要变成root,必须要寻找有安全漏洞的版本，一般来
说，RC30
以上的版本都把已知漏洞给补上了，所以第一步一般是downgrad到RC29的版本。
步骤如下：
1.1 Format your phone's SD card to FAT32 mode
1.2 Download and unzip the RC29 image file. Copy the DREAIMG.nbh file
to the SD card root.

最近忘了以前的lenny/sid现在变成squeeze/sid了，做了一次upgrade，出现不少问题
，按键不灵，acpid卡住，xfce4-panel crash.没办法只好一个个downgrade软件包，解
决好一个出现另一个，没办法只好找了一个apt的preference，狠心来了一个downgrade
现在大部分包已经downgrade到stable了（lenny）,希望别出问题了 |

点是需要重新加friends；今天按收到的downgrade email操作了replacement LTE, 取
消service没问题但发现downgrade到免费计划需要先加$5credit(不过加了之后你可以
关掉auto topup)，优点是GSM的帐号可以同界面管理也不用重新加friends.
各有利弊，不愿意花费$5充值到账号credit的人还是开新帐号吧 :) |

Please Note! When downgrading to the free plan, an account balance of $2 is
required to protect from fraud and leakage, as data usage can be delayed up
to 3 hours. There is a pop-up alert before to confirm a $10 charge to add
