1.他私底下（跟朋友表面上说好话谁都会）是不是几乎没说过其他人什么好话。
2. 他偶尔说好话的那些都是平时让他感觉很好（吹捧他或比他弱的人）
3. 凡事不好的事情发生，十次他最少有九次第一反应都觉得是别人的错。唯一一次实

但是08年后银行对商业投资房贷款业务限制很严，你很难从银行拿到低息贷款。
（1）从网站找私人贷款不切实际。4-5%的税前收益是鸡肋，借个10万给你多收不了个
三五斗，借个50万没人敢借。私人借款的法律和个人信用的问题就更烦了。
（2）找小型的专业贷款公司（这些公司的capital来自小型对冲基金或者有钱人

contingency了。说如果bank之后
withdraw那我们就是default。。 这种正常么？如果中间这1个月丢了工作，最后close
的时候银行还是不会给贷款的吧？那
怎么办？岂不是要损失掉10％的downplay(deposit)？
我想到几种办法，要去和seller律师谈，大家帮我看看：
1。加上contingency，如果到close的时候，因为死亡，diable，或者lost of job，就
可以walk away。。 我估计这个lost
job那边应该不会同意的。怎么改比较好那？
2。或者让他们只收5％downpay，这样风险小一点。。但是估计他们也很有可能不同意。
3。push commitment的deadline狠往后，比如45天commitment letter，60天close。。
原来seller说的是30天，今天我
们提45，他们好像也是不太同意。。唉。。
说得乱七八糟，也不知道说明白了没有。。 大家能不能给个能最大限度保护我们，又
