本来打算做完全面周全的调查之后再做总结的，但是今天本人再也无法按捺住了，于是跑来天涯发帖。这是我第一次上天涯，之前的事件和信息都是通过微博等地转载看到的。至于为何这个时间来发，是因为今天早上醒来(洛杉矶时间2月20日)看到的消息，和自己上周所做调查研究及3天之前的推测一模一样：蓝可儿很可能在在顶层，或者是水箱或者是通风管道中! 果不其然，今天早上我照例看新闻时，看到了洛杉矶警方于昨日在CECIL HOTEL 顶层的水箱中发现了蓝可儿的尸体。

freak him out!"
敲门跟他们抱怨过几次，没有用，打电话向房东反映，没用。给city council写了信，
还在等回复。
我现在掌握的信息是他们的全名和学校，和住址。求助,有没有什么合法的方式能给他
们一个下马威？实在忍无可忍了。
