After I rented a townhouse for 2 years, I think I am better off going with
just 1 floor.
When I lived in townhouse, I had to have duplicate everything upstairs and

the rear of my house to create a master suite upstairs and family/laundry
room downstairs.
I think option 1 is probably the best out there. Do you really need a 90"
vanity? It's really huge. And I would move the bathroom door closer to the
closet. Some people like to keep the closet and bath close to each other
because they like to go take shower and then walk naked to the closet to get

master bedroom, one study room (改装成了bedroom french door)，楼上三个卧室，
可是公用一个卫生间，有三个独立的洗脸池, 2008卖主花了38w，现在ask 33.8w，估计
32w能下来
B: 5b31/2b, 4000 sqft 区好一点，2010的新房，楼上四个卧室，3个卫生间。楼下就
一个master bedroom, 有个不小的study room。一直想找个2bedroom dwn, 3 bed room
up的房型，很难找，要不贵的超过budget...Original Price, 46w, List Price, 39.
4w, now negotiated down to 37.4w. 低于小区平均价格
大家觉得哪个好？( in terms of resale..) |

地毯什么的, 几千块钱的东西根本不值一提. crown molding更是,才几百, 弄个电锯,

还有学校边上的房子大多贵而且容易买, 不是不利因素 |

with these two, if it shows that the water leak could not have happened

furnace有俩个通风管子，一个楼上一个楼下。每个管子里面有个挡板，外面有个扳手
调整挡板方向，可以控制风的流量。冬天的时候楼上的管子多挡住一些，楼下的完全放
开，这样楼下的风强一些。
现在的问题是一楼没有风所以很冷。找了一个HVAC来看，他的诊断如下：
“Ductwork is compromised with upstair damper closed, there's very little
air downstairs and furnace overheated. Ductwork is pinched and restricted in
multiple areas. 4 ton unit but no zone control"
他建议整个重做，换个furnace+2-zone, 报价9000!
问题是这个房子10多年了一直没问题，新租客刚搬进去就出了这么个问题。有没有别的
办法？我觉着重做2-zone完全没必要。谢谢！ |

he can hear it over his cry), swaddling, also walking upstairs and
downstairs. Also try some sort of baby carrier if swaddling does not help..
My son was incredibly fussy in around week 5-6, but then all of a sudden
everything got better. Thinking back it could be reflux, but whatever it is

In China, people live in apartments, here most of people live in single
family house, I have joked with my son, currently our yard size is enough
for about 100 family in China (the yard size is one acre, about 5000 m2),
that's why you can not find friends so easily here. But i totally agree with
you, it is a headache to arrange playdate, not like china, the kid can just
go downstairs and found enough kids to play together.
