现在黑市中其新币对人民币的比价还不如旧币对人民币的比价了。
才一个月，新币已经贬值了170倍。朝鲜政府从今年1月1日开始禁止在国内使用外币。
这些迹象都很像中国民国时期的金圆券。
当年中华民国由于抗日军兴和戡乱救国，政府财政变得极其困难，货币发行数量逐渐失

根据新华社2015年11月发布的《新华社新闻报道中的禁用词（第一批）》规定，媒体报
道中的禁用词主要涉及了五方面内容，分别是社会生活类的禁用词，法律类的禁用词，
民族宗教类的禁用词，涉及我领土、主权和港澳台的禁用词以及国际关系类的禁用词。
其中，社会生活类的禁用词中提到与文艺有关的规定如下：对文艺界人士，不使用“影
帝”、“影后”、“巨星”、“天王”等词语，一般可使用“文艺界人士”或“著名演
员”、“著名艺术家”等。
