当然，你可以互相trade，倒买倒卖，这个NFL不管。
除此之外，NFL还会给某些队伍The compensatory draft picks。
什么意思呢？
就是比如说：你去年队伍里有5个队员被其他队拐跑了，而你只从其他队骗回来2个，
你净损失了3个。这是指free agency。
那么NFL就会根据你这些free agency的价值，用个公式算一把，
给你几个compensatory draft picks。
给几个呢？不一定。NFL决定。
第几轮的呢？不一定。Round3 -Round7都有可能。
The compensatory draft picks最多不能超过7个。
而且禁止倒买倒卖和交换。 |

这个是挑选位置优先权, i.e., first pick can choose draft position 10 if he
wants to. deadline前没有declare preference的视为自动放弃选择,在所有declare

没有人强烈反对的话, 就尽快定稿了

训练：
波马破三的高兴和激动持续了不到两小时就结束了。这以后的铁人训练也一直不给力，
直到铁熊猫发现我的P4车架上有裂纹，让我意外地升级成了P5。装上Power2Max的
powermeter后跟Kevin的MTG（Markham Tri Group）骑了一次长的，加上从我家去
Markham，共125公里，那次ride成了今年的唯一一次赛前long ride。而后因为回国中
断了训练，只在重庆的酷暑里跑了一次23.4公里，那也就成了波马后唯一一次超过半马
距离的long run。
虽然没有long ride和long run，但是回加后骑车/跑步一直没有中断。由于LD怀上了老
三，所以晚上和周末的训练通通取消，唯一能训练的时间就是早上和commute的时间。

方也是犹豫不定，可以说是各有利弊。直到年前两边学校前后脚给了draft offer，才
有了最后的决定。一方面，这不是最后的正式的offer，现在就据掉另一边有些不保险
