However, the 'tabs on top' thing is still originally implemented by
Chrome
I think.
I did a little research that Safari DID copied 'tabs on top' on its
version 4 beta but later it dropped back to its old form.
The difference is subtble. If you think, the control buttons are for the
active webpage, so it is very natural to 'group' them together, while
the
'normal' tabs in middle separate the controls and active webpage.
