During the video analysis on day 2, Jay said both Andrei and I lacked
counteraction (CA) as our upper bodies followed the skis. Well, true, but we
were supposed to focus on CB on day 2, weren’t we? Anyway, CA became the
theme of day 3.
Jay explained to us that CA is used to make better ski edge grip. (I think

Fingertip Drag drill will develop a high elbow recovery and make you more
aware of your hand position during recovery. Your fingertips never leave the
water as your arm moves forward after the pull. Drag your fingers forward,
through the water, off to the side of your body, focusing on good body roll
and keeping your elbows pointed up. Change how much of your hand stays in
the water to vary this drill.

I think the key is stay balance when you return. To stay balanced on a fast
in-coming serve, you should take least amount of steps, dragging your toe
may prevent you from taking that extra step as well as get a better balance,
so it should help. Against slow wsn serves, if you have time to take 2 or
even 3 steps and still remain balance before you strike the ball, if that's
the case it's not necessary to drag the toe. |

also guide the ball more, where I do topspin more and get my entire body
coil and uncoil, thus I have a more tendency of drag.
What puzzles me is lz's son is a righty yet wears out right foot much faster
than the left. If he doesn't drag then right foot could wear out first but
shouldn't be that much difference between the 2 shoes. So if he drag then

My understanding of balance is how your player behave when there is a
defender tries to drag/push you. High balance means, you can keep your pace
which ends up that defender only got one chance to mess with you and then he
'll be far behind.
Low balance means, push/drag has more impact and your player that he could
not run as his full speed, therefore, the defender can keep
pushing/dragging you.

为了方便自己奔宝，奶爸闭关一个月，写出了极为
简单实用的浏览器内置的贴图工具，具有以下独到的优点：
1. 上传图片时候自动缩图到论坛附件大小限制，上传的时间仅为原来的1/10左右。
2. 上传照片时可以给照片加上漂亮的边框，或者做其他的特效处理。

片白平衡的教程很有用，专治各种白平衡漂移。以前在水族馆拍的照片，因为室内照明
的问题，照片都是蓝蓝的一片，调一下白平衡，所有的色彩就恢复了。
注：照片里最好有白色的东西做参照物，比如衣服，饰物，即使是很少的一点点。

再说一句trackpoint和touchpad. 我是很喜欢trackpoint, 特别四thinkpad
上的(其它牌子如dell的trackpoint做得很烂)手不用离开键盘. 据说
除了thinkpad其它笔记本电脑不太用trackpoint四因为IBM专利费收得太高,
不知道是真是假. Thinkpad之所以成为PC notebook中的经典, 它的键盘
鼠标做得好是很重要的一个原因.
touchpad没有multitouch之前, MACbook上没有右键简直太难受了.
有了multitouch这个问题就解决了. 但右手必须离开敲键位置去touchpad上划拉
, 这个就算了不挑剔了.

1) fill A1 to I1 with 1 to 9
2) in J1 enter =A1*rand(), and then select J1 and drag trough to R1
3) in S1 enter
=MATCH(LARGE($J1:$R1,COLUMN()-18),$J1:$R1,0)
and then select S1 and drag through to W1
4) select row A1 to W1, and drag it all the way down for as many lines as
you want.

Most rods are rated in three ways by the GRAM (jig weight) and the PE Rating
(line Rating) & Style.
Gram rating: The gram rating on your rod is a max rating therefore a 400g
rod is rated from roughly half that rating to the exact gram. So in essence
if I use 250g-400g jigs would be ideal. I generally always buy 400g rods
because I use anywhere from 200-400 jigs and the tips on my rods are always

600,700 hp都是小意思，这都是起~~
其实牛等欧洲跑车优势在赛道上，如果不是大直道，第一个弯这些肌肉车就完蛋了。
drag的车改的很不均衡，只要加速就够了，大马力+high profile宽胎（就是那种轮毂
暴小的）+4.31：1甚至更高的gear，就足够称霸drag了。
感觉老美喜欢的都是极限时候的微操（比如drag，起步时候两边车轮因抓地不同可能出
现跑偏，修正方向动的要很小不然就直接撞了；又比如nascar那种在极高速下各种利用
气流超车，各种近距离跟车，类似飞行特技的那种），而我们从小接触的则类似于欧洲
人偏爱的F1，乐趣都在弯里。
我的感觉是不同地域造就的区别。美国高速路发达，造就了nascar；欧洲小镇和山区公
路的弯弯绕，造就了F1和WRC的痴迷。欧洲人更偏向艺术，一如他们喜欢的soccer；而
美国从nascar到football到baseball到basketball，讲得就是在快节奏中体会肾上腺素
飙升的那种快感，刺激，但我觉得肤浅。。。 |
