泵不进去。失败。
不明白锅炉内为何还有压力。
只好按传统的自来水flush方法搞了一下，明显效果不行，一加热抱米花声又开始了。
暖气也没修好，真是挫折

合不合理都是相对的，看你的立场。作为我来说
1。水流路径是原先就设计的，nothing is against building code。而且他的同侧后
院还和我西边的邻居相接（mine occupies 60%, my westside neighbor 40%).我们的
雨水都流到他家，为什么只找我？(我西边邻居家的retaining wall 还不错，估计十年
没问题)。
2。他要我修french drain, including french drain on my property, the part
passing wall, and about 60 feet all the way passing his back, front yard and

修french drain我们是决不会做的。抛开纠纷不说，以后对方告我causing water

，具体要看当地的code要求，因为坡度不够的话不利于排水。不过成了小山一样的坡度

也有人给我说因为邻居家的土挨着wood wall的最高处只有约2feet高，对wood wall的
侧向压力不会很大（我也有点迷惑倒底这个高度需不需要修正规的retaining wall。。
）。。另
外水也会顺着土壤往下走，加上原来他家地势就比我家高，不
会有新的drainage的问题。。。所以有人给我结论是这个不会有太大的问题。。。
我们也问过律师，也是说因为现在没有damage无法给对方提要求。。。。
我们下雨天也特意看了下，倒没有发现很特别的变化。（也许以后会有。。）
所以只有给邻居发mail，埋个伏笔了
律师也建议我们给未来的房主发certified mail。。。

Backpack blower, Roybi 200刀
3＂pvc pipe要买薄壁有黑色衬里的，sc40太重
3＂90度转接头，注意要买sewer和drainage用的。同是三寸，内径不同，最好当时试一下
blower弄到最短，插入pVc，加上转接头，发动blower，就可以了。
如果身高1米7，用十尺管子可以够到十四尺，二层楼再加一段 |

直没Inspect是因为builder没建完。上周六inspceiton发现crawl space渗水，而且有
几个小水塘，虽然之前几天下雨，但还是不放心想退出。inspector的报告是说有
standing water, recommend evaluate grading/drainage system.
基本上已经想退出了，但当时合同上签的是after home inspection you as buyers
are to submit your "punch list" with defective/incomplete items for him/her
to either fix, or decide not to fix. It that does not resolve the problem,
and one party is unwilling to make repairs, etc; it says that buyers/

我的房子有同样的问题，我研究了一下，发现不能用电动蛇，因为会把corrugated
pipe捅破
最后自己懒就把downspout直接接到了一段extension防水在草地上了 |

找了个sewer and drainage公司来看了，他们用一种视频工具看了，说是管子里在
地面下2英尺处都是solid的淤泥。这个地下排雨水管是那种白色的光滑硬圆管。
他们建议是挖土，说是snake对这种情况没用。但是问过一比较handy的中国师傅，说是
可以租一种高压水枪把里面的淤泥冲走。不知道能不能采用中国师傅这种建议呢？ |
