I notice that the CAPEX requirement for a poly plant has come down
dramatically recently which makes the value of LDK's poly plant dramatically
overvalued on its book.
LDK carries some $2B debt for its 16000MT poly plant (which is still not at
full capacity yet), while SOL and GCL have implied in their report that a
similar plant can be built for $600-700M in a year nowadays.

week.
I could be wrong, but really think Sina had tons of positive to say in the
ER.
1. top line growth: Q4-12 was disappointing because of the reduced budget in
key ad customers (Japanese auto & etc). But this should be improved
dramatically in Q1 13. In addition, all peer internet companies are doing
really well at top line, don't think Sina will be exception considered solid
growth of Weibo monitization.

the swing?
My assumption of 60 is based upon 40% drop from the top, while NG did
dropped more than 80% from the top. Right now at 86, we are still at the top
of the range. Remember oil price as recent as 2008 was in the 30s.
I agree that reasonable oil price need to be around 80 to be balance. But it
always take some dramatic move before settle down. Right now the natural
