我们还签订了一个amendment，结果seller还是把其中我最喜欢的一个窗帘窗帘杆都换
了，
现在listing and buyer agent都不愿意管，请问我怎样才能把窗帘要回来？？？
seller解释说是因为那个原来的窗帘坏了，所以给俺们换了个新的，如果要他们把窗帘

Residential Lease Agreement和Rental Application以外，还收到一份罗列非常详细
的Move-Out Charges。每个细小项目都在后面列了修复的金额，看到这个表有些被吓到
了。请大家看看，这样的Move-Out Charges是属于标准流程里的吗？大家租房的时候都
收到这个吗？另外，怎么确定如下的东西是好的，还是需要被Charge的？当我们搬进去
的时候，是不是要和房东一起检查房间内的各样东西的状况，好有一个对房子维护的基
本的共识？

treatment can be very expensive. My friend (Chinese) spend $6,500 on two
windows. If you don't declare in the contract, the seller can bring it away.
As to the holes on the wall, we asked the seller to fill them and repaint

发帖数: 3417 | 43 遮光比较好的有roman shades, 或者plantation shutters. 这些home depot都可以定
做。有便宜的牌子比如Bali也有好的比如Hunter Douglas. Shutter和Hunter Douglas的
产品Home Depot也是外包给外面的小作坊做。不过因为有Home Depot协调，他们都很
responsive.
窗帘也就是Drapery也有定做的小作坊，不过我试过一家觉得非常不responsive, 可能
最近生意实在太好了，就还是放弃了。你也可以去BBB，或者Crate&Barrel, Pottery
Barn买standard size的，一般是50x84, 50x96, 50x108几种, 这种一般很便宜，不过
也不会太好看。国内有这么挂窗帘的吗？跟浴帘的挂法差不多，个人比较难以接受
至于哪个好见仁见智，主要看自己喜好。从resale的角度讲，统计意义上只有
plantation
shutters是可以增加房子value的。但是我偏偏不喜欢这个，尤其是湾区的小客厅，窗
户上
放一个这个看着好重好压抑。 |

我现在一共有4个钩子。我想应该就是用钉子往墙上固定的，然后再把那个track挂上去。
第四张图，是我认为的track挂在钩子上的形态，而我手拿的那个部位应该就是跟墙接
触的平面，但是这样的话，track上那排小塑料钩子就不是垂直于地面，而是水平于地
面，就不对了。
第五张是我另外一个奇怪的地方，那就是track的尽头并没有能固定住钩子的地方，也
就是说即使把track挂到了钩子上，track还是可以左右移动。
所以我怎么也想不明白这玩意该怎么安装。 |
