1) Newer homes from well-known builders. Most Chinese like to live in newer
homes. In NJ, it's hard to find. Basking Ridge is one exception. On
Hills Section, you can find homes of 15 or so year old built by Toll
Brothers.
2) Beautiful Sceneary: if you walk on Allen Road, you see beautiful
mountains in the distance and beautiful golf course nearbye.

的时候也看了很多医生，也包括一些年纪非常大的医生。最后看的是一个协和的医生。
他给我的治疗方案就是很先控制住，再用药膏和光疗的方法。
控制就是吃一种激素类药，辅助要补充各种金属元素，什么钾，钙等等，一个月之后停
药，也控制的差不多了，但有个drawback,长胖了，大概体重也重了15-20斤，还是有点
恐怖的，激素类药片好像都有这个问题。
下一步就是治疗已经形成的。对于你朋友这个情况，我想应该还好，比较容易，可能不
需要什么药物自己都可以痊愈的。
这种病的病因有多种，还不清楚，有可能来自遗传。但有个共识就是精神压力大会导致
这个。所以平明放松心态，像楼上人所说的，有所放弃，该吃吃该喝喝，该休息休息，
该运动运动，老板催爱咋咋滴。这种免疫系统疾病，把自己身体搞好很重要。
平时饮食上，要避免过多地吃VC多的水果（适当就可以，VC会阻碍黑色素的形成），有
可能地话多吃黑芝麻粉啊，核桃粉啊之类的。 |

The only drawback I see on Great Neck is that many of the areas don't have

my impression is that this is very good program and very professional. If
you do not want to learn yourself, this is an excellent one.
But the drawback now is the job market is not so good or not as good as it
before. I went to see this place because my firend went to this program 5
years ago and every got job. 2 years ago, a few did not find job and last
year seems very bad. So it may not worth $8000 anymore.

swimming classes Mon-Sat. The price is $135 for 9 lessons (3 kids, 30 mins
total each lesson), with no registration fee. You can take lessons twice or
three times a week. We think it is pretty good for starters. The only
drawback is it is a bit far, it is located 2 miles to the east of the costco
.

目前的market，short sale已经不是香馍馍了，因为加上这些潜在的drawback. 等了几
个月后，approved价格和市场价没啥两样，更别提你还找了dual agent， 损失了
buyer agent可能给你的rebate．
typically, for short sales, lender does not pay for termite inspection nor
termite clearance if there is any termite/dryrot/fungus found, it does not
pay for repair request nor gives repair credit, it does not pay for HOA
documents nor HOA transfer. It does not pay for home warranty. However, most
of times, it shall pay for owner title insurance.

But my wife insisted buying VW ROUTAN, and now I love it.
The drawback is ROUTAN is much heavier than honda and toyota, the mileage is
only ~16 m per gallon.
But it is much more robust and safer. I had a small accident, the accord's
door was badly indented, but VW just had some small scratchs.

Your loan from your 401k, even though you don't need pay penalty, you still
need use your after tax income to pay back your 401k loan, which will be
taxed again when you retired.
And also, if you change job, you need to pay back all your 401k loan right

taxed for the $$ you borrowed, the only drawback is the interests you paid
is not Tax-deductible as in a mortgage.
Think about this: no matter what kind of loan you borrow, you have to pay
the principle with after-tax $$, so does 401k loan.

Noise isolation should be as good as condos in China, not like the cheap suburban condos where you can hear your neighbors' conversations effortlessly with ice-thin floors and walls. SF city vs. Manhattan: 我可能会比较喜欢Manhattan, 因为subway in M&#
8203;anhattan很方便. SF city的交通比较不便. 是有muni/bus, 可是会有traffic.
比如说从SoMA to Richmand (4.3 miles), 自己开车, 如果不塞, it might take 35
mins because of all the traffic lights. 如果塞, it might take 1+ hrs. 坐公车
is going to be worse.
South/East Bay vs NYC: South/East Bay比较适恰有family的and are nice for
retirees, people here are laid back. 这边相对NYC来说会比较难meet new people,
so the drawback is当朋友一个一个结婚后, 会很少朋友hang out.
加州的天气会比NY好

until you get an offer and accept it. Many small companies don't have full
time recruiters so they rely on 3rd party to help them find candidates. Only
drawback is when you get an offer, they will try
to talk you into accepting it ( they can help you negotiate ) but that's

the main problem is that dsl speed depends on
your distance to central office and phone loop quality
...if you leave 10000ft away from CO, you are pretty
much out of luck...
also they now force u to rent their modem, and they will
charge an installation fee if you don't have a land line.
so it is not that good actually. the best in this area
is paxio. but you will have to have optical fiber to
the house... |

trimmer on lawns: hard to keep at the same level when moving so it won't
look as good as what mowers do. grass remains in lawn after cut and turns
yellow that makes the lawn less green. Mower doesn't cost that much more. if
you're ok with the inconvenience of dragging cables with you, a corded
mower will make you happy. |

even if the area you are navigating is new construction or very rural areas.
When newer Droid version comes out, the phone will ask you to upgrade and
you can upgrade on the fly.
You can get HTC Aria for less than $99 at Costco. It is a great phone. The
only drawbacks I can think of this phone are:

1) there is no chinese supermarket in San Antonio, only small grocery stores
selling asian food.
2) the water there is hard water, you do need a water softener!
people there are friendlier than many other big cities. traffic is not bad

slow in acceleration. has some Japanese car drawbacks. the door panels are
very light, much lighter than my old Jetta which is much smaller in size but
just a little lighter in weight. it is noisy too. we bought it because of
AWD when we were in the northeast. but in Texas, I don't think AWD is so
much needed. actually RWD will be much more fun to drive here. |

Originally I would like to have a stable job, a nice house and a nice car
before getting married. If those were the requirement for a marriage, I
would have been single today with no marriage and no kid. Luckily for me, my
girlfriend married me by striking out those conditions. The drawback was
