律性强的，miss tackle少的就好了。
Giants的二线cb配置肯定不烂啊，一个8号秀，一个大合同，一个DRC，但是被passing
码数还是很难看，就是因为前期DL没有整合好，然后后期有起色了JPP又倒下了。巨人
去年防守就是牛在了防跑上，snacks实在是个禽兽防跑的时候。 |

during Mile 1 of the DRC Half Marathon today.
Although I am having some cold symptoms and sore throat for the past few

company are runners.
Yesterday I was chatting with an VP who ran the same DRC half (in my same
age group too) - his time is 2:10 though lol, he says I am super fast, and
my ego felt so good :)
This guy has run 5 full marathons and 10+ half, but he really just likes
enjoying the race and run very slow. A very interesting perspective to me.

缺点就是平时long run也没法好好锻炼跑坡。我上次跑DRC half的时候就发现Dallas老
区市中心那里一带大坡没有，小坡（5-7%左右的incline)不断，不过还好White Rock的
沿湖一圈8-9麦的样子没有坡，就是进了市区和居民区比较痛苦。 |

你说的那个大坡应该是在Winstead and Lakeshore刚离开湖边进居民区的地方。那里也
是DRC half中连续5 mile坡路里的最后的一个大坡。我深有同感啊

，PR一分半。基本是even pace，数次尝试push自己提速，都失败了，心理脆弱，大腿
无力，平平淡淡的跑下来。看样子speed work不够，不知剩下4周能怎么改进一下。
另外，有参加white rock的村民们上来冒个泡，回个贴，应该有几个的吧，赛前见
个面合影一下，就看着东西岸的runner们热火朝天的racing，咱们德州的也不能落后，
是吧。 |
