上周四，28岁的男子Markeis McGlockton与女友带着五岁的孩子一起开车到便利店购物
。到达便利店后，McGlockton先下车进入店内，女友却把车停在了店外一个残障人士专
用车位上。
这让一位路人Michael Drejka看到后非常不满，并与McGlockton女友产生争执。
在便利店买东西的McGlockton发现女友与人发生纠纷，立即出门将Drejka推倒在地，然
后就准备和女友儿子离开现场。
谁知正在此时，Drejka突然掏出枪，杀死了McGlockton。
事件发生后，警方作出了不起诉Drejka的决定，这是基于一项法律：“就地防卫法”。
因为警方认为Drejka是在担心对方会杀死自己的情况下开枪防卫，所以可以免予刑罚。

had to call the police on Drejka before for getting into arguments with

aggressively confronted drivers over parking spots or what he perceived to
be traffic infractions. In one incident, he caused a traffic accident by "

announced his decision to file charges against Drejka 12 days after
receiving investigative reports on the case from the Pinellas County Sheriff
's Office.
"We have filed a formal charge, and he has been arrested, and he will now go
through the court system," McCabe said in a statement. |

不退让法没有规定要认为被侵害者要有被杀的条件。身体会被伤害就满足自卫要求。

编造不存在的情况, 污蔑守法被侵害者
扭曲法律攻击按法律行事端执法者。
