LG. GE refrigerators are made by Samsung. Go to the stores and check them
out, you will find them almost identical in each pair except some minor
difference in handles, etc. Basically they are all from Korea even if they
are marketed as US brands. |

这个玩意叫liquid line filter drier，用作过滤水气的，肯定不能漏油的，有漏的话
，也就等于有漏冷媒。我想先把表面擦干净，再仔细观察，如有印油的话，需重新烧焊。
至于投诉地方我也不是特别清楚，我想如果是corporation的话，可以去STATE投诉。
也可以去发放HVAC执照的州或地方政府投诉。向contractor的Bonding 保险公司或
Liability 保险公司投诉。去小额法庭投书。还有一个虽然没啥作用，但有时候也会起
到点作用，BBB。 |

这跟不handy 的人买房是两码事。轻松点，这世界还是很美好的，尤其在家居版:)
建议以下几点，如果师傅没做的话要提醒他。
切断老的压缩机后，用氮气清洗冷媒管道。
必须要换新的liquid line filter drier。
最好用15%银焊条，5% 也行，但千万不要用0%
subcooling 值: 10F (8F-12F 之间都可），这个当师傅全部做完，准备收工具时才问
他，千万不要事先问。 |

发帖数: 553 | 26 正要入手朋友的一个townhouse,虽然大家很熟,但还是想尽量做到公道,下面是2013年的
property tax信息,朋友先提出105000的价格,我应该可以砍去她可以省掉的7% realtor
fee,也就是offer她98000.
房子的地毯新换的花了3500,墙刷了一下,缺点是furnace是1989年的,空调也比较旧了,
washer/drier比较旧,但都work,不能要求换.房子是1974年的,保养属于比fair好一些,
landscape不错,后面和侧面有较大草坪.
有其他朋友说land不是我们的,所有权属于association,应该只依据building的价格算
钱,要是他的话顶多给95000,我总感觉这个说法不靠谱,请有这方面知识的给予解答,多
谢!

发帖数: 9429 | 27 底端的furnace 和高端的A/C, 只要CFM 对，照样运行的，以你的情况，可能是19SEER
的空调当14SEER用。也就是说花了高效率设备的钱，运行成本没明显降下来。
目前two stage 设置猜想已经被改为single stage 的设置去配合老的furnace,这是可
行的。
可能需要再请师傅来看，问题还是出来冷媒管道上，如TXV, drier等都会引起类似的问
题。 |

发帖数: 9429 | 28 见到了，coil的那张照片，虽然表面涂了好多测漏的化学剂，不过从照片上看不出哪里
漏，师傅只是照了那个位置，注明了这个位置漏。
如果你目前测得的温差在10和13度之间的话，很大可能：
1）当时没找到漏，白换了coil.
2）外机或冷媒管道有漏
2) 新coil装得不好，技术没到位。（很小机率）
3）coil本身出问题（很小机率）
4）filter drier 或TXV 堵（很小机率）
师傅来了后要他再测一边温差，像照片里的一样。室外的温度最好要和去年测那天的室
外温度接近。
就目前看来是漏冷媒，如果师傅确认后，你得要亲眼看到漏在哪里，要师傅解释给你看
，这样你才可以相信。成熟的师傅其实是很喜欢给你们看他们的检查成果的。 |

空调没运行时，高压200psi， 低压80psi左右，一段时间还是这样的话，冷媒管道有赌
，如liquid line filter drier 或者evaporator coil orifice 等
空调运行时的高压和低压 是？
机身外面标签上写的出厂设置是高压 300， 低压150， 这个是Design PSI. |

太离谱了。
机子 + liquid line filter drier + R-22 fre-on + 烧焊花费 + 氮气测试 + 回收冷
媒花费， 900刀封顶了。
3-3.5小时的工作。
还有就是师傅最后一步检查没有做， 要打开压缩机上的接口盒， 确认接接头位置是否
有烧断或者腐蚀，班上有参考贴的，去MARK 贴里看看。

基本上师傅按照这个步骤---仅供参考
1）pumpdown
断电后
2) 切断lineset
3) 拆掉AC whip 和控制线
4) 空调一到新位置
5）接1尺多的lineset
6) 装上够长度的 ac whip 和接1尺多的控制线。
7) 抽真空
8）开伐，开机，校正superheat/subcooling
如果lineset 上看到liquid line filter-drier 的话， 一起换掉。 看不到不用换，
省得麻烦了，抽真空时间稍长一点。 |

一个比较大的公司给了6600，还是3天内决定10%off 后的，只给看机器的图片，不给型
号，说是公司policy，quote上只列了几个option，bronze, silver, gold, platinum
，diamond, 我的是选的silver的，据他说diamond 要3万多。
一个local的小公司，

那天有个mm发帖说揉吧塑料袋，简直就是life saver啊。我这几天每次都是抱着哄了差
不多，就放进crib。娃如果睁眼就拼命在他耳边揉塑料袋（秘诀是要快要猛，哈哈）。
基本上两分钟之内娃就有闭上眼睛了。
总之发扬跟娃斗智斗勇的精神，hair drier啊，music mobile啊都试一下，还有包一定
