我觉得drill训练对我来说特别有用的是：每个训练基本上是针对一些动作或肌肉群来
设计的。如果我动作不到位，或者那块肌肉平时练得不够，在自由泳里，可能被其它东
西给弥补了，自己也感觉不到。练drill时，那些问题就很突出，自己就知道那些地方
相比其它，做的尤其地不好，亟需改进。而这些drill, 就正好是改的一个途径。 |

短。今天练完几个drill后去游了下，2:20/100米的速度连续游500米很轻松，不喘气。
22 stroke/lens. 36 stroke/min.当然这个速度很慢，我想等等慢慢把这些drill练完
再看看。

加上对TI的粗浅理解，设计了一个小drill。我教的小孩试用两周，效果不错。
A 要解决的问题
25Y到50Y到100Y的scaling还可以，到200Y就不行了。需要练耐力。经过水下观察，
core的耐力比较差。过了100Y，带动腿变慢。
B drill设计
saja其实游的挺好，2分100米，stroke count低。按照他提供的数据和TI的转体驱动理
论，340度转体在半个周期内**平滑**完成，所以这半个周期内几乎要一直保持扭力；
但是由于stroke count低，所以这半个周期时间可不短，比我的小孩正常游的一个周期
还长。综上，saja这种练法对core绝对力量要求不高，对耐力要求不低，是个很好的练
耐力的drill。小孩也小，不宜上力量，以免交叉干扰。所以用TI的发力方式做连续单
向转体，应该对core的耐力锻炼有好处。
但是为了避免TI的glide过长的问题，我让小孩连续转体的时候务必在尽量均匀发力的
情况下适当加快转体速度。

上次说的是类似于Zipper Switch和Whole Stroke Swim的手臂恢复路线。
今天说的是转体的drill，手臂前移时要慢，到脸旁停顿一下，这时前臂和手的位置都
在水下了，再往前下方（4点钟位置）刺出。不能靠抡胳膊的转动惯量。完全要靠打水
转髋完成动作。 |

You get pace, rhythm from the hitting partner. Not as good as a coach, but
it is better than practice on your own/low level guy. Normally it goes to 1.

Good to build up consistency, not for building up strokes.

on clearance at my local Lowes (Snellville, GA) today when I was hunting
for the other DeWalt Lithium drill deal that was posted earlier (The
employees had pulled the last one for themselves and had it placed on the
counter! arggh).
Seems to be an excellent deal for a cordless hammer drill even though the
batteries are Ni-Cads considering Amazon has it for $279

I got this combo over a year ago and love it. I will never buy one of those
big cordless drills again. These things are light weight, but pack a big
punch.

This is not very good quality, but if all you need is to install blinds, it
