a report released by three House Democrats--Representatives Henry A. Waxman
of California, Edward J. Markey of Massachusetts and Diana DeGette of
Colorado--natural gas drillers injected hundreds of millions of gallons of
29 known carcinogens into the ground in 13 states while fracking for gas.

根本没兑现呀。 美国的一大帮页岩油，页岩气公司， 银行并没有大规模
减少credit line， 很多公司都维持住原来的信贷规模了。
这个跟原来预想的，信贷大规模缩减，一堆公司倒闭，很有差距呀!
倒的公司少了，那低油价就能再多坚持一段。
另外，美帝冲出来说，要拍卖原油储备，就是嫌自己油太多了。
这是对市场另外一层打击。只是plan到2017年开卖，但是，是不是真要卖，
鬼知道呀。 但是，不会加大储备看起来是可能性很大的。
普京在叙利亚也打上，但是，原油还是没上涨太多。
我觉得这次，美国人真是要下狠手了。
从美伊核谈判让步，放出伊朗的石油产能，到美帝银行继续支持页岩油气产业，
到拍卖自己的原油储备，感觉美帝这一把赌注一定下的很大。

的drillers遍地都是。主要是对于shale driller，开始几年的production growth太重
要了，这样最后production flat的时候那个值才会尽量大，所以很多shale companies
开始不会stay within cash flow，他们bet的就是以后油价会回升。现在多数的

实我是做near surface geophysics的。这一贴就谈谈这两个问题。
我也是在工作的时候才发现有环境法律这方面的专业的，也逐渐意识到法律法规是这一
行很多项目的源动力。我想一般学环境工程或科学的可能上一两门这方面上的课吧。但
在学校里的没有工作经验的人，大多只是模模糊糊知道这一层关系，没有切身体会到环
境法律法规在工业界的重要性。这些法律法规可以说是工业界的衣食父母啊。所以说如
果你能在resume上除了洋洋洒洒自然科学的东西，再加上一些这些法律法规的东西，可
能会吸引更多的眼球，争取到更多面试的机会。你可能会说我没工作过，从哪里下手啊
。那你得谢谢wawa123，他在前面的帖子里给了linkin的链接，你可以到那里问问，应
该会有所帮助。

计好开些，我们geotech的drill像一堆破烂哄哄的响，一个extention估计上百磅。还

了。技术上讲，DRYS等应该还有上升的空间，但可能已经是TA的原因，或说大盘/惯性
的作用了。俺个人非常不擅长最后的搏杀，所以干脆退出了事。
一个新的石油方面的sector，rig行业最近引起了俺很大的兴趣。 俺觉得这个行业的高
速发展，良好的盈利，比较低的PE, 日益上涨的石油价格，对俺构成了极大的诱惑力。
以下是几个公司的PEG：
ATW DO GSF RIG
PEG (5 yr expected): 0.29 0.59 0.32 0.34
以上几个tickler中，DO在这里是被谈论过的，但它可能是以上几个里面最贵的。
不利的地方可能有二：
1。明年大选年，石油价格可能走低，从而影响相关行业
2。RIG/GSF/DO的market cap已经够大，不太像能得到向DRYS般的回馈

还有就是苏伊士运河也是欧洲的原油通道。
不过，中长期来看，商品，通涨这波应该风险极大了。显然，埃及，印度，中国，
新型市场很难承受这么高通涨压力，中国领导层应该有更大决心调控，通涨一过
