PM的面试的一些个人体会和感悟，回馈版上。我本身经验有限，很多看法观点都是一家

先说说我自己，毕业以后在湾区工作5年，一直做it，互联网的。纯软件行业。 本身是
学EE的。
五年跳槽两次，现在在一家大公司（F500）做PM。两次跳槽面过不少湾区本地的大小公
司 从一百多人的startup到几万人的F500公司都有。这里把感悟和经验都写写，希望抛
砖引玉，让版上针对PM的讨论多一些，也希望有更多的华人xdjm喜欢上这个职位，把这
个职位作为职业发展方向之一。
1.关于产品经理职位本身
产品经理，各个公司对其定义/定位是不一样的。这和公司文化有关（比如有的公司是
tech driven的，有的公司是business driven的）也和公司本身的行业有关（硬件/软
件）甚至和公司地理位置有关（有很多公司PM和Dev不在一个地方上班，甚至不在一个
国家）。这导致PM在各个公司的角色也是有偏差的。但是大家比较公认的一点是，产品

大家对百度的历史可能耳熟能详。李彦宏Robin讲过一个故事，当他99年回国创业的时

也有好几家做这一块，这不会太大的机会的。后来的事情大家都知道了，百度成为中文
第一搜索品牌。所以他总结“机会永远不会迟”，关键是事情有没有做到“极致”。
鸡翅的故事
Robin向百度全体员工通发了某季度总结邮件，却忘写了标题，触发了产品技术部传统
的鸡翅法则，员工们立刻在内网上嚷嚷着要他请鸡翅。Robin随即回复答应8月8日请大

Your problem is you just did exactly what your boss assigned you to do, and
did not take personal initiative to improve your knowledge of the system so
you could do more, at least you didn't do anything to demonstrate your
knowledge. 2 years should have been more than enough for a driven person to
accomplish this.
It's quite unfortunate because majority of people are not driven like that,
but it looks like in Amazon, you need to be to just survive. |
