前面有辆车，没打转向灯（那里也没有小路可以转），没打emergency light，我也没

我看了一眼GPS，再回过头，发现那车是停着的，然后刹车来不及，就撞上了
原来前面那辆车前面，还有2两车要左拐，它是等着它之前的车
警察来的，说是我的责任，然后开了一张reckless driver的ticket
我上庭的话，需要请律师吗？
那个警察一直对我很nice，一直安慰我，对我说没关系
让我上庭的时候，把当时的情况说说（比如没超速没打电话啥的）
一般法官只会判我careless driver
是这样的吗？按警察的说法，是不是没有大问题
那个警察是不是上庭也会为我说话呢？
还有，出了事故，开这种ticket是一直的惯例吗？
不好意思，没什么经验，开车还不到一年，不知道该怎么办

上，保险公司也cover。
我的agent就明确告诉我,配偶或者roommate必须登记在policy的driver list上，否则
保险不cover。其他不同地址的朋友在我的允许下驾车，保险是cover的。
举个例子，丈夫有多次事故记录，保险很贵。那就让妻子去买保险，不写丈夫的名字，
这种情况保险公司岂不是很亏。
也可能州不同规定不同，我在texas。 |

something like "driving legally in some state"
most states do recognize chinese driver license. but keep in mind that you
may receive a ticket even you are in such states. Usually patrols on road
have their own judgement and understanding to the in-the-state traffic law.
If he can, get a us driver license instead of driving with "certified"
chinese license. |

我去年回国用的AP，今天去DMV renew driver license, 带了我的护照兼去年入关的新
I94，H1B的document(2012年到期）。DMV 的人说系统显示我的H1B已经过期，因为去年
用了AP。可是问题在新I94上的MARK上显示until Jun 27 2011,所以她说那也过期了。
她尝试各种方法，都不能顺利输入我的信息。有谁也遇到过类似的情况吗？是怎么解决

身距离的车突然换道到我的道上，由于距离太近，虽然我立马尽力刹车，两车还是蹭在
一起（她的右边蹭到我的左边）。我刹车后接着鸣笛示意她撞车了让她停下来，她意识
到后，不但没有停车，相反赶紧向中间道换车，试图逃走，我一直鸣笛一方面示意她另
外一方面示意其它车辆（有紧急情况），最后她跑到路对面的加油站，我追上去，她见
无路可逃便停了下来。我立马打911。15分钟后警察到加油站，出了一个报告。报告里
写的是 对方车passanger door swipe，我的是driver door swipe。
今天保险公司跟我说，对方在claim，说是我当时在换道导致的刮蹭，还说请了律师在
claim injury。保险公司刚跟我做了 recorded statement。有人有过这种经历么？
顺便说一下，那个driver是一个黑女人，当时她车上还有两个乘客。 |
