事情是这样的，Assassins Creed 2万恶的DRM大家都知道吧？人民群众辛辛苦苦搜
集
了一个values.db用来破解Ubisoft的DRM指纹，结果刚好这个指纹100%搜集完毕的
时
候SKIDROW的crack就出来了。SKIDROW很是在nfo里得瑟了一整，而且很嚣张的把自
己
的crack也DRM了说这是国家机密。结果被人逆向工程出来，PE Explorer显示
SKIDROW
的破解，其实就是内嵌了一个values.db然后模拟通讯。抄袭values.db就算了，连
values
.db里的一些虚假challenge/response也一起抄进来了。证据确凿无疑。所以
SKIDROW
的crack被nuke掉了。后来Razor1911 出手，号称真正破解了Settler's 7（感谢

2. 终于，其他唱片公司给Amazon DRM-Free，还是不给iTunes。就是为了要挟苹果涨价
。此前唱片公司已经想涨价很久了。
3. 时隔大半年，苹果终于妥协，DRM-Free和variable pricing一齐到来。大部分流行
的音乐涨价为$1.29每首。

，還專門加了一段“感謝育碧，你們這回真的給了我們很大挑戰。但是我們還是要為那
些玩家做到這一點，他們也許並不是盜版使用者，他們只是被你們的DRM困擾以至於不
能正常遊戲”
我覺得這些遊戲公司要解決盜版問題靠這些DRM什麽的只能讓原本的正版玩家也告別他
們的遊戲，而不太可能讓盜版玩家掏錢，盜版玩家給破解組織捐款也不會掏錢去買正版

几块钱买amazon这个。这个套子不但可以很好的保护屏幕，跟重要的是可以想看纸书一样，打开，一个手拿中间，看书很舒服。

注意一下的是，从官网购买电子书一般是azw3格式，而且有DRM（版权保护），只能在
你朋友的客账户里看，需要把azw3的DRM去掉，你就可以用了，azw3不能用邮件推送，
但是可以usb传输到kindle
想用邮件推送，就转换成mobi格式 |

所以我不会去责怪当初SONY让我多花钱购买blu-ray，后来事实证明，我确实用PS3看了
很多blu-ray，并且也收集了很多。而且当初SONY是亏价卖的，所以大家都有牺牲。
就xboxone目前作为机顶盒的举动出发，我很支持，因为我难以预计是否以后会因为一
个xbox one而使得现在的电视节目提供途径更规范统一。所以绑定kinect我表示可以理
解。
但是就DRM和二手交易来看，我很难得出上述‘为消费者着想’的结论，甚至让我感到
很反感。如果以后降价，我或许会为了某个exclusive的游戏，或者kinect，或者机顶
盒功能买xbox one，但是绝不表示我认同MS对于DRM和二手交易的做法。 |

BD每张的cost肯定要比AOD高，哪怕就是高20-30美分
那么对于发行商来说，发行1000万张，就是巨大的差别
发行商难道还会犹豫选择那个？？
而且发行商在HD－DVD的事情上是有决定权力的
可怜的BD联盟，虽然我也认为工程上面来说BD是出色的
视频方面6月份能够有结论了，VC-9肯定是其中之一
我不希望h.264也是winner，因为理论上h.264就不如VC-9,具体到硬件实现上
h.264更加是复杂的多，这个也就是为什么到现在都还没有HD的H.264的LSI出来
音频方面，HD－DVD肯定会包括一种lossless的多声道，也就是wma lossless
这个当然欢迎，DTS和DD也该歇歇了，6月份也会有结论
版权保护，肯定不会用DRM，这个是微软视频部门的总裁说的
道理很简单，别的公司根本没有足够的资源和能力来实践DRM
HD-DVD基本还是会采用和css一个级别的保护方法
反正换一句话说，就是盗版没有问题
