休克，微循环水平的灌注不足；
以上两个概念，为DA在心衰和休克的现代治疗中保留了一席之地。

Stone Two Birds”。
小剂量DA的主要作用是：1：正性肌力；2：增加外周器官，特别是肾小动脉的血流量。
因此，同时具备两种情况：在心收缩能力减弱和有肾前性缺血的情况下，作为短暂的过
渡，理所当然要选小剂量的DA。这也是它用于血液动力学障碍的主要机理，也是考试的
答案。除此之外，我目前没有发现有文献报道的、肯定的、新的其它机理。DA需要静脉
给药。静脉给药，不作用于中枢。
你所担心的是小剂量DA会不会引起引起休克时血压进一步降低的问题：不会！血压等于
BP=CO x PR。DA的正性肌力作用，CO增加，；扩张小动脉特别是肾小动脉，总外周阻力
PR可能会所有下降，但被CO的增加所抵偿，不会进一步降低休克时的BP。
休克的本质：
由于交感-儿茶酚胺和RAS系统的强烈激活，休克的本质，不是血压，而是有效循环量的

还有关于PharmD，在网上查到有关资料是：现在想做临床药师，需要硕士文凭，也就
是需要国内5年制药学专业毕业后才能报考硕士，或者是在美国重新读5年药学专业，再
考虑下一步....是不是这样的啊，如果是这样，好像读书的时间长一点，而且还涉及学
费的问题。
我原本也考虑过药师，工作也挺好，但是想想以上的那些，好像有点难度。请前辈赐
教。

3月25日，站方的处理意见是让我们版务依照版规封杀NB及其15个马甲，站方不再受理
它的新马甲申请。这个决定您老不信可以自己去问站方，我没有公布证据的习惯。
现在的问题是NB可以轻易变换IP，获得新马甲，比如说 MITWhiteHead，Jessca，
Moonshooter，step123，等等。这些新马甲出现时我们并没有马上就封掉。可惜这些马
甲基本上还是延续它的一贯作风，干扰版务和版面次序。所以我们封这些马甲也都是尽
量依法封的。但是因为它实在耗掉我们太多的时间和精力了，偶尔有一两次我们确实是
图省事就直接把它封了，抱歉抱歉。现在每次我们最多封14天，它一共有20多个马甲，
轮番上阵我们根本无力迎战。所以我们版务只能下决心全面封杀这个人了。
不同意的可以说反对，并简单一两句话说明一下原因。
特别说明一下，新注册的马甲不要来捣乱。 |

没有动它，他上窜下跳的到处搬弄是非，挖坑挑拨老刀来砍我，我只是警告一下，它不
听，我也只是先封1天。出来以后接着干同样的事情，我还是先警告，它还是不听，我
才封14天的。但凡它有点良心，也不会走到今天这一步。
以上情况，我不想出示证据，但是绝对是千真万确。
总之，这个人已经严重影响到麦地的正常次序，而且它是蓄意做的，无可救药。我是版
主，一定要处理掉它！站方如果不同意我的意见，自然会处理我。 |
