， 此小区安静安全， 特点是离downtown近开车10分钟， 房子步行5分钟内有giant
eagle，rite aid and local butcher store。 开车3分钟内附近有KFC，Wendy's各种
快餐。房子自带washer and dryer. 此房适合在downtown上班或实习的同学，或者有车
的在读学生。
房子特点：
1. 自带indoor的遥控车库， 冬天停车在也不发愁了
2. 4卧室， 楼上3个， 楼下一个
3. 楼上1.5 卫生间， 楼下1个卫生间， 楼下的卧室自带卫浴
4. 开车去downtown 10分钟， 绝不堵车， 可以选者走65 或者local。 开车去CMU 匹
大UPMC-magee 15分钟可到
5. 多条bus line 到downtown (13,14, 16, 19路) 10-20分钟左右
6. 小区安全安静， 不靠街，邻居都是本地白人很nice ， 有时候忘记锁门也没事

其实1 UBox container 1400左右
2 UBox container 1950左右。
多个container,多6,7百左右（包括其它费用）。算来其实还是划算，重新买新的可是
要1000多。
这TV 和 washer/dryer都是2年新，自己买的。
其实我担心的问题是：
washer/dryer在加州很多公寓用不了！
TV，怕很容易在路途中损坏！ |
