就邮寄给了ERAS and reserved the slot, but 至今还没有被扫描上传。 今天，这位
推荐人告诉我说他修改了他的原信（我觉得应该是好的改动），并且让我用他的新信取
代旧的。 我觉得必须尊重他的意见，可是不太清楚应该怎样操作with ERAS。如果我写
信给ERAS要求用新信取代旧信， 他们是否会同意这么办。 考古本版没有发现相同案例
。 不知那位有类似经验， 请不吝赐教， 也请大家建议一下该如何办才好。 多谢！ |

发帖数: 1212 | 3 不用删原来的， 在ERAS 放多少封推荐信都可以，你只需要给这封新的更好的LOR
designate a new slot, generate a new DSF and cover letter (for example,
previous one is LOR #2, this one can be LOR #4), send to ERAS and have it
scanned the same way as the last one,the only critical thing left is that
when applying and assigning LORs for each program, remember to assign the
correct one (i.e. LOR #4 in your case if you are SURE this will be a better
one). |

I am not sure if I need to fill in the month and year when we took the exam
or the month and year when we got the exam report.
- the time you took the exam
- You don't need to reserve a slot. "Contact your medical school of
graduation as soon as possible to obtain your transcript. Once you receive
the transcript, send a copy to ERAS Support Services, accompanied by a
completed DSF. Although you may have already provided a transcript for ECFMG

About the transcript, I called ECFMG and asked them to transfer it to MyERAS
. I was told that they would send a copy of my transcript to ERAS and it
would take ERAS 5-10 business days to scan it to the system. I guess I don't
have to worry about DSF for the transcript from ECFMG to ERAS, do I?

The MSPE must include your full name."
Yes you can send ECFMG ERAS Support Services the original, accompanied by a
completed DSF. Make a copy for your personal records (that means you can
open the envelope before sending it out).
Our school let us to read our MSPE. |

昨天申请ＩＤ，今天得到，可以打印ＤＳＦ了．
问题是：
１． ＤＳＦ表是给每个推荐人一人填一张并打印，推荐人写好ＬＯＲ后，直接让推荐
人把推荐信，ＣＯＶＥＲＬＥＴＴＥＲ，ＤＳＦ直接邮寄给ＥＣＦＭＧ吗？
２． 学校的ＭＳＰＥ办好后，也附带一张ＤＳＦ让从学校ＦＥＤＥＸ到ＥＣＦＭＧ吗
？能不能学校用密封的信封装在ＦＥＤＥＸ中邮寄到我本人，然后我再办以前办好的成
绩单（在密封的信封中）一块，附带一张ＤＳＦ一起邮寄到ＥＣＦＭＧ去？
请过来的人指点一下，谢谢！ |

obviously did not waive your right to see them＂而被"annotated＂就不知道了,
但是LＯＲ肯定还是会被扫描进出的.

ERAS supporting service to know how they should scan, mark and upload your
letter for you, also for you to know which letter is for what puropus. When

think appropriate, no any limitation. |

LOR can be signed by ANY COLOR of ink including black ink. That means black
ink is fine.

总结的小体会就是：

了。为了保险起见，同一个attending的不同信件我让他们分别寄出。给他们提供了
prepaid的fedex信封。
2.一定要提醒letter writer随信要附上cover letter和DSF，我幸亏打电话提醒了，写
信的attending根本就没注意，没有把这两个文件放进去。打电话以后又拆开信封，重
新放进去的。
3.签字一定要非黑色的笔。
4.我的LOR在收到10天就upload了，比传说中的3－4周短，可能是现在还不是高峰期吧。
