运行。
但是无法嵌入到biopython.
求助该如何安装，可以直接在biopython控制DSSP，产生object.

如果说Multiple Sequence Alignment里的某个seq的结构已知
能不能把基于结构的secondary structure assignments（DSSP）也显示在alignment下
