why don't you search on google first?
my search results showed someone asked
the same question on some dvd hacker bbs
but no answer. Even dtsonline doesn't
list any software decoder(not even a software
dvd decoder that's capable of doing that).
I guess the answer is no. Either DTS
people are charging two much money for
license or software dvd people don't see
the market. The funny thing is, that
only standalone AC3 decoder available is the free
ac3dec.

bluray也罢都一定支持dolby digital。 不用钻dts的牛角尖吧。我可以回家看看，不
过支持不支持我都不会特别在乎.反正dd/dts半斤八两。

DRA诞生在中国音响之乡——广东中山小榄镇。在这个音频产业集中的地方，人们
更能切身感受到音频技术受制于外国企业的被动。
同大多数电子信息技术一样，长期以来，全球数字音频的核心技术基本掌握在美、
日、欧等国家和地区的大公司中，他们研发或联合研发了相关的音频标准如杜比AC—3
、DTS、AAC、MP3等，并拥有大量技术专利。而在DRA音频标准研发之前，中国并没有与
以上几个音频标准叫板的自主音频技术，或者说在这些音频标准中也没有中国企业的专
利，这让中国企业在该领域不得不面临缴纳高额专利费的困扰。
由于技术滞后并由此引发的巨额许可使用费用，对我国相关产业发展产生了很大压

也是啊，高帅富的6000元的皮带，几万甚至几十万的包包，明显是刺激了广大矮丑穷。

AM: before noon
PM: after noon
noon: 12:00 o'clock in the mid day.
所以12:30PM literally means 12：30 in the "AFTER NOON"， "12:59AM" literally
means 12:59 "BEFORE noon". Unless you define noon at 1:00, otherwise, your
proposal makes no sense.

真实的美国总统安全由美国国土安全部联邦特勤局特工处的人员负责，这个部门据说有2000多人 ，职责范围包括为美国总统、副总统提供安全保卫。负责上述人员直系亲属的人身安全。为前总统、前总统的配偶提供终身的要人安防保卫。为前总统的子女提供安全保卫直至其16岁。
奥巴马的贴身保卫包括三层
