标 题: wellsfargo mortgage的due day和信用卡的不一样吗？

今天试图set up wellsfargo mortgage的online billpay,发现可选项是due day ～
due day + 5？感觉不是很明白啊。难到不应该due day前交？虽然写着due day15天内
无penalty，记得当时签的文件上写的是过due day的话利息涨1/8点
过期五天再交，感觉不是很靠谱啊。有什么trick在里面吗？还是都这样。
另外如果due day之前交，算哪月的？不会due day前15天再要交一次吧？主要是想发了
paycheck就还款可以省点利息。 |

3：加州很多纳税人也认为due了之后拖几天是理所当然，否则天理不容。

1，交罚金
2，没有0%的purchase grace period，就是说你所有的balance都要交利息。
解决办法：
1，跟cs求情，罚金可能退，看rp。
2，没有0% grace period,将balance付成负的，停止使用该卡2个statement 周期（比较
保险）。
从后面这段话可以看出你没有认真看你的账单，账单上面说的due date是哪天，balanc
e是多少，也就是说在due date之前还那个balance的钱就可以了。
另外提醒你一句，due date的时候，你付钱要post出来，这个跟你付账的方式是有关的
，可能有2天左右的偏差，除非你是在credit card的网站上付的。

估计你宝宝现在比较大个子，所以就提前了一周。还有就是大部分人，我们默认是在例
假第一天开始后14天排卵，MM你有可能排卵早，所以受精卵形成的比较早，所以就早了
一周。
其实due date只是个大概的日期，只有5%的宝宝会在due date出生，所以MM就宽心，自
己喜欢认为那个日期就认为那个，反正也差不了几天，我自己心里坚持我例假算出来的

不过这么早要做这个决定挺难的，因为很难预测孕后期会怎么样。要不先告诉老板从
due date 开始，万一宝宝提前发动了，就用其他的sick day 或 vacation day 顶上；

现在due to 和because of的区别已经不大了
很多人都把due to当作一个完整的介词来用,
要注意的是due to 引导的词组不放在句首. |

有件事很讨厌,如果是在due date前一二天花了钱的话,它显示pending,等刚好到了due
date或过了一二天后,它再显示在上面.但是日期还是会显示在due date.

样还是都这样。
我一张citi professional Master卡，10/4出账单，$500 balance，ARP 20%，10/24
due，照我原来的理解，10/24前必须把那$500全部付清，否则就会有利息。结果我在10
/24前只付了$150,忘了付剩下的$350，过了一周才想起来，立即付清$350，并且把10/4
以后为出账单的消费也全付了，并且再追加多付了$50，用以cover利息。结果11/2新账
单出来，一分利息也没收，balance -$50。
难道我原来对规则理解错了？只要due date之前付minimum due，下一个账单出来前付
清剩余balance就没有利息？ |

楼主连due day和statment day都没有搞清楚，就来玩cc，真是自己找麻烦。。。。
先出statement，出statement的那天就叫statement day。这样statement 上会显示due
day和balance，只要在due day之前还清balance的钱，注意的是要在due day之前post
这个还钱的transaction，你就安全了。。。。。。 |

又做了一次，第二次比第一次的due day 晚了3天，而第一次测出的due day竟然比算例
假周期的早了一周。早期b超可能也是有3-4天的误差，就跟最后生一样，很少人生在
due day那天。所谓due day也就是个参加数值吧。 |

人家都说，due date出生的娃只占20%的比率，我家娃就是Due Day出生。
先说怀孕时的情况：
1.基本没孕吐，只有在吃撑了或者晚上刷牙的时候吐4、5次，天晓得为啥特别讨厌牙膏
的薄荷味儿
2.6-12周左右的时候比较怕油烟味儿，不大爱吃肉，之后就好了，该吃吃，该喝喝，不
忌口
3.脸上没长斑没长点，身上没长妊娠纹
4.皮肤更白更有光泽，头发更密实，各种美型，所以说女娃是来打扮娘的，小棉袄各种
贴心啊
5.整个孕期一共长了29磅
6.孕中期长了孕妇荨麻疹（PUPPP），悲催啊，痒死个人，不过运气好，多管齐下，吃
药涂lotion喝绿豆汤等等多种办法镇压下居然1周左右就痊愈了
7.我是个懒人，怀孕又辞职在家专心生娃，孕期爱犯困，我这个人也是个爱睡觉的，天
天早上睡到10点11点爬起来，所以孕期没咋运动，顶多吃完brunch在家后院溜溜，或者
在家前面的小路溜一圈便回家了，生之前一个月婆婆来了，有人陪着走，才走个20分钟
，还不是每天都走。

年4月1号Due day （这日子，囧一个……）。3个月左右去做第一次B超，当时还在国内
，按照B超貌似偏大，算的Due day 是3月25。12月回来后联系这边的OB，1月初又做了
一次B超，这次算的Due day 是3月29。
几个日子都不一样，搞得我自己都晕头转向，不知道按哪个了，想着当时差的也没几天。
可是现在最晚的Due day也过了，小朋友还没动静，一直以来的各种检查结果什么都挺
好，都没什么问题，就是个头略小点，39周时OB估计了一下说大概6Lb左右，偏小一点
，但也算normal。40周时OB检查说宝宝现在也是头朝下，宫颈也软化了，不过软化程度
什么的他没具体讲，我没经验，当时也没问。我的运动量不算少了，尤其最后这一个来
月，基本天天下午出去溜达一个到一个半小时。
这周五再去看OB，上次说要这次做个NST，还有B超查查羊水量浑浊度之类的，考虑下一
步方案吧，哎，着急呀~~~整个孕期都挺顺的，妊娠反应都不是很强烈，还一直夸小朋

我是在网上直接付的,比如上面写due date是8/15,我在这之前付清所欠的(已列出来的)
,但在13或14花的钱仍在pending还不了,等过了due date15号后,pending的钱显示出来
了,即为13,14号,这样不就是在due date之前了么?这样算欠钱不.
我的信用卡网citi, chase, discover都不可以付成负的,boa可以付成负的.其他的只能
付等于或小于所显示出来所欠的钱.
我从未用过寄支票付钱的呢.不知怎么弄的,也麻烦.从来都是网上付的.

大概前天被关的卡,刚好今天是STATEMENT DATE,STATEMENT出来,DUE DATE是2/20.
想知道那个DUE DATE是不是靠得住,因为是按常规算法算出来的,但现在卡被关,是不是
应该尽快付.
其实呢,钱已经准备好,在CHECKING里了.只是AMEX在这次关卡事件上的傲慢让我很恼火,
不想待他们那么厚道,打算等到DUE DATE前两天再付.

申了UA chase visa 卡，花1K送35000miles那个(土人一个，实在没有65000的Offer给

结结实实的花了1.1K美刀，可惜不知道需要在statement close之前一个礼拜就得消费
那些金额，结果statement出来后只显示6100miles earned, 然后送了$50 credit, 没

因为chase网上可以更改bill due day，所以请问这里的大侠们,我如果更改bill due
day的话，会不会也随之更改我的statment close day,(貌似这两个day相差25天?grace
period?)，如果可以，我现在把bill due day 改到每月的19号(现在是7号)，那么我
的新的statement就会在下周close，这样我就可以尽早拿到那30,000miles尽早买机票了

始软化，还预计可能会在due date之后出生。。。（奇怪男孩不都是发动的早吗？）
现在快38周了，容易疲劳，有时（尤其是晚上睡觉前）会感觉下面sharp pain，每天早
晨起来都感觉手腕像骨折似的没法动，慢慢活动活动会好点，但是手腕依然没劲（毛巾

早期，7，8周的样子才准，那个时候量的能精确到天。你都23周了，不太可能根据B超
的尺寸改due day了。我14周的时候B超做出来说due day应该提前一周，但是我ob就不
让改，说这时候B超的size已经不太准了。

7月11日那天早上我还在想着宝宝啥时发动，不知会over due 几天，结果临近中午老公
突然从公司回来了，告诉我说我们35-40周换的这个OB和生产医院保险不能全额cover，
需要自付20%，突然很头大，老公赶紧联系附近其他的医院和OB，医院都说要先有OB，
但当时联系的OB都说不接收了，搞得非常慌乱，当天下午去visit了市中心的一家医院
，确保了可以在那生产，还联系了另外一家医院，约好第二天上午去visit，当时还发
过帖，对于临时出现的情况不知该如何选医院和OB了。
7月12日上午老公先去另一家医院又看了一下，感觉比我们前一天看的医院规模大一些
，他建议说下午还是去见一下联系的这家医院的这个OB，前一天慌乱中我们还把我的保
险卡和护照丢在前一家医院了，所以中午先去前一家医院拿回保险卡和护照，然后直奔
第二家医院，老公把我和我妈放在医院大堂门口，他去停车，下了车，刚走进大堂，我
感觉到有热乎乎的液体流出，然后和我妈赶紧找厕所，我说我羊水好像破了。

标 题: 因为搬家而错过DUE DATE怎么办？急！！

我今年1月份之前都住在纽约，最近才搬到湾区工作。今天纽约的室友说收到一封警察
局的信，我让室友打开拍照给我传过来，结果是NOTICE OF VIOLATION，说是去年10月
的时候在LA租车时有一个左转路口闯了红灯，被拍了照，然后就通过租车公司找到了我
，但并没有说BAIL的数额，说是法庭会寄另外一封信来告知BAIL(但没有收到这样的信
），最要紧的是，DUE DATE是3月14号，但室友说是3.11才收到这样的信（可能因为是
租的车所以找租车公司要我的材料用了一段时间），今天才告诉我。请问我应该怎么办
？首先不管怎么样是不是应该联系法庭说明错过DUE DATE的原因。。。？谢了！ |

Penalty and interest will be charged for both late filing of a tax return
and late payment of tax due as follows:
The late filing penalty is 5% of the tax due for each month or portion of a
month the return is late. The maximum penalty for late filing is 25%. The
Division may also charge a penalty of $100 for each month the return is late
.
A late payment penalty of 5% of the tax due may also be charged.
