不少版上时不时就有涉及私人恩怨的冤家捉对厮杀，有时候忽然相当大版面都被用来吵
架，主题几乎完全与版面无关，而且有的时候正常话题讨论到一半也会因为冤家互相攻
击而演变成吵架帖，非常影响版面正常话题的讨论。各版面好像大部分人都不欢迎这类
争吵，但还是有少数版友对观赏骂街吵架有特殊癖好，建立新版可以让这部分人有个专
门吵架的地方，也让其它公共版面干净一些。

砥平里战役是中方著名的败仗之一，网上网下都有不少关于砥平里的文章，但感觉比较
全面真实地描述和分析很少，笔者也很难达到这一高度，除了水平有限，缺少可靠资料

先做个预告，准备按时间顺序写，大致分以下几个部分，：
横城战役后的形势（2/13/1951）

Dumbledore and Snape agreed upon that Dumbledore would be killed by Snape.
Note that it's just "being killed by", not "losing in a duel". A duel may
not result in death, and that's why Draco is considered the winner of his
duel with Dumbledore while Snape is not. Snape's interaction with Dumbledore

大家好，第一次发贴，真诚求大家的建议。
二流学校cs phd的第五年，依然看不到毕业的希望。老板的毕业标准
是5-6篇paper，挣扎了这么久也只凑到3篇。估计没有7 8年毕业不了。但
老板的funding已经快完了，就算要拖下去，也要自己去系里打别的工
维持生计。
天资很一般，在国内的时候就是属于认真刻苦分数高的孩子，其实没有很大的
创新性，家里条件很一般所以为了奖学金来美国读phd，加之自己不讨厌phd，以为
做着做着会慢慢喜欢的，来美国之后有过很多失望和变故，换过一次导师，中途有过
quit的机会，但是比较一根筋，认为自己应该可以做好phd，所以坚持的做做做，
最后做成了这样的一个大坑。
其实对过去几年的沉没成本没有特别的伤心，自己其实有学到东西，只是，有时候
research也需要一点天时地利人和外加天赋，自己磕磕碰碰，也没有达到老板的

呼吸很快，达到56次每分钟，略微有体温，咨询了护士之后，说由于呼吸频率高，体温
的原因，让立刻去ER。。。本来还犹豫，担心ER要等，被护士一说慌了，赶紧奔医院了
。。。这里说一下，小宝还是慎重些，ER没那么可怕，可能我们比较小，情况比较紧急

们buyer agent怎么想的。buyer agent收取fixed费用是唯一buyer可以trust buyer
agent的途径。buyer agent commission跟成交价挂钩，怎么可能代表buyer利益。
作为agent应对这个, 应该都积极去做listing agent和duel agent. 顺带业余做做
buyer agent写写offer. |
