training is for indoor stuff like weight lifting
as for the numbers, 3 means it's really close to being barefoot, 5 means not
so much (more cushion), 4 is inbetween (duh)
I use to wear a 5 but then I wanted a more barefoot experience so I went
with a 3. v means version, so higher v number means newer model
