码工和dull联系在一起的原因？
我认识的码工绝对有基本的动物本能，留着口水看黄碟。但是对于稍微丑一点的女的有
困难一点点都不帮助，恨不得躲着走，见到漂亮女孩子像苍蝇一样，也不在乎和别人分
享，一群就上去了。
大家读高中的时候应该差不多，这个算不算职业病：人性的某个方面缺失，然后慢慢逐
渐向机器过渡。
就算超级码工比尔盖兹，他的基金会根本就没有干过任何有名的正经事，缺乏最基本的
判断力和社会责任能力。

每年暑假，美国的名校校园成为忙碌所在，因为有大批中小学生的中国游学团来校园参
观。不过现在有些学校不接待游学团了，只能在校园门口拍照到此一游，不再让进入学
校参观，如此开放的美国大学，到底是有什么隐情如此对待游学团？
这一切都逼的，原来有一些学校因为不堪其扰，原因只有一 个：中国游学团人数太多
了！
在美国大学校园内常可见旅行巴士停在校区，一群群中国学生在校园内参观。
游学团业者鹿强表示，目前游学团安排名校参观行程，多数包括预约学校参观校园的
服务，通常为一小时，由学校高年级学生负责讲解，如果是高中生还有一个小时入学辅
导。
前几年去和大学联络这项服务时，美国大学态度都表示欢迎，但这几年明 显不同。首
先是中国学生太多，已超过学校的接待能力，尤其暑假期间，提早一个月都约不到。

国早前已用不同外交手段，试图阻止特朗普将贸易问题进一步升温，但亦无阻今次特朗
普向中国"开刀"。
自特朗普就任美国总统，其出位和反传统的外交辞令，几乎令他每日都占据着国际版的
头条。由筑建城墙阻挡墨西哥移民、退出《巴黎协定》、就核问题金正恩隔空对骂、威
胁退出伊朗核协议，以至针对中国侵犯知识产权而开征进口关税，无一不使全球民众忧
心。虽然特朗普经常语出惊人，更赢得广泛传媒为他贴上"狂人"标签。但"狂人"不等于
"疯子"，前者言行虽有违常理，但亦出自理性利益计算。更重要是，特朗普非如"传统"
政客般谈判、博弈，其底蕴只是人人都懂的市井智慧。
"特式"谈判早有先例 箇中理念人人都懂
虽说特朗普的外交言论素来惹火，甚或可形容为离经叛道，但回望国际关系的例子中，
这种刻意制造风险，以增加谈判筹码，及逼使对手投降的伎俩并非前所未见。其中一个
例子就是冷战时期的"古巴导弹危机"。
1961年苏联领导人赫鲁晓夫（Nikita Khrushchev）本想在古巴部署导弹，以震慑及恫
