找了OM，查了在哪里用的， 竟然是GA local store用的，看来还有argue的希望,

差不多。
距离学校四十多分钟车程的Greenvill, SC有一些还不错的馆子 |

发帖数: 883 | 27 住近的（285大环之内）基本初高中就是上私立的节奏。公立的基本没有好的。
Chamblee Charter是个magnet school，考分还过得去。Dunwoody，Sandy Springs的高
中也只能说是过得去吧。另外Buckhead的中学都有IB program，应该比正常的program
还强些。
中国人基本聚居在北边的Alpharetta, Duluth, Johns Creek，也有如GA区版主住在南
边的Peachtree City。这些地方有好的公立。但远，单程至少要40分钟，堵车时1小时
开外。East Cobb可能稍近些，但中国人相对也少点。
老美的一个好学区的地方是City of Decatur，近。但也贵。
我住Buckhead，commute GT单程10-15分钟，堵车时20-25分钟（不过一般也很少在5点
到6点半的堵车时间开）。如果要近的话，可以考虑一下中学走私立。一年2w，取决于
几个娃啦。 |

说起来简单，但很多人吃亏上当了。往往看到房子很漂亮就激动起来了。在美国房产市
场有句名言：Location!Location!Location!就是地段、地段、地段！不管是投资还是
自住，如果是住宅，就是好学区别墅、商圈别墅或者公寓。好学区是指很好的小学到高
中，我们大多数是买公立学校的好学区别墅。对于我们华人喜欢的好学区，主要是洛杉
矶的阿卡迪亚、帕萨迪纳等东洛杉矶几个华人喜欢居住的好学区城市，还有新发展的南
部的尔湾。旧金山的湾区，西雅图的贝尔维尤，波斯顿西部的一些私立学校，这些地方

年经过刻苦训练，基本每天1个多小时的速度轮滑练习，今天（9月10日），在全美最大
的轮滑比赛--NorthShore Inline Marathon的儿童赛（Kids Sptints）里，勇夺冠军，
并破5岁及以下年龄组纪录，在此BSO一下。
儿子比赛的时候，老婆在起点摁着儿子，并叮嘱起跑技术要领，而我自己则是在终点冲
儿子招手，怕他在终点线前就停下来，所以比赛过程中没录成像。以前儿子训练的照片
都留在家里（现在我们还在Duluth, MN的旅馆里），这里就先发点儿这几个月带他在我家小区里
训练的录像吧。

发帖数: 843 | 50 今天上午就有朋友打电话说我给儿子BSO的帖子置顶了，我那时正带着儿子在Duluth看
成人的比赛（http://www.northshoreinline.com/），中午又开车继续沿着著名的观景路NorthShore一路到了加拿大边境，去了几个state park，现在住在Grand Marais的旅馆里，看到我的帖子还在首页，站内邮箱15个邮件，很惊讶。
从2008年5月开始教儿子滑冰（长刀速滑鞋，我们这儿没有速滑俱乐部，只好我自己教
）；2009年5月教他轮滑，7月改为速度轮滑，9月比赛他第二，我第30（成人半程马拉
松，700多人参加）。今年3-5月儿子回国，6月我脚踝部腓骨骨折，7月20号拆的cast，
开始骑自行车push儿子练速度轮滑，到昨天儿子比赛。这就是儿子大致的速滑经历。
