中国从去年以来就没有发布过有关资本出入情况的报告，但《华尔街日报》借助周六发布的贸易数据、外汇储备数据和其他经济统计资料分析得出，截至9月份的12个月，约2250亿美元的资金流出中国，相当于去年中国经济产值的3%左右。
