I called them and their closest (to my home) facility is in Bellevue, and
they charge the leaf dump by "yard" (means cubic yard, I think), and they
said it is $20 per yard. When I asked them to give me an estimate of the
yardage of a 39 gal trash bag full of leaves, they said they can't give the
estimate without looking at it first.

told me the rule of thumb is that you should dump ur waste every other day.
so even if you don't wanna to stay at a rv park, you have to find a dump

RV的水分3种：fresh, grey and black.
Fresh water就是把干净的水加到rv自备的储水箱里，路上洗碗，冲厕所，洗澡用。加
fresh water的时候把管子一头接到车上，另一个头接到campsite的水龙头上，然后注
意看rv里面的water level, 满了以后把水龙头关上就好。
Grey和black water是生活和厕所里所用的废水。Grey water储存的是生活废水（洗澡
，洗碗），black water储存的是厕所的废水和人体排泄出来的废物。一般来说grey&
black water用车的蓝色管子排放，管子的位置是在车后面的保险杠的里面。每个rv
campsite都应该有dump station, 到了dump station以后，把蓝色的管子一头接到排放
grey&black water的接口上，另外一头的pipe接到dump station的接口。然后把grey/
black的阀门打开，此时需要注意的是2个阀门不能同时打开，不然的话水箱会被污染。
