我：拿OPT，延期刚开始。换工作主要是因为现在公司没有办H1B
两个OFFER 工资差不多
offer 1---Software developer
地点：旧金山
待遇：15天年假，医疗什么的都有，可以有bonus
公司背景：估计是个刚成立4年的公司，在旧金山downtown，主要用java 和ruby进行一
些web app的开发。在我之前没有听说过E-VERIFIED。现在他们在为我弄这个事儿。
老板：老板应该是个挺聪明的人，不过觉得挺aggresive。很难和他negotiate，拿他的
话说，我招你就是为了让你多学习（因为我基本没怎么写过Java），让你和公司一起成
长。
解决身份：他说，给你办H1B没问题，但是要在你工作1-2个月以后，因为我们要确定你
是不是真会在这里干。
总结：三藩很好，老板比较tough，如果不给我解决H1B，我就完蛋。glassdoor上面没
有review。
