2010年会收到。学校给的12月的pay stub上2008年全年的Taxable Gross是$7800，W2上的
Wages是4300
我想问的是：
1.这种情况今年怎么处理US-China treaty的5000刀免税？
2.Non resident的医疗保险和deductible之内的医疗花费能退税吗？
再问个无关紧要的问题：纯好奇，为什么2009年的pay stub上再没有Federal Tax
withheld？
2008年的却有？
网上做了些功课但是还是不得要领，可能问题比较菜鸟，还望不吝赐教,非常感谢！ |
