我这里自己有个两层的duplex有几个空房间希望能够长租出去。
原本给公司员工住的，现在项目结束员工搬出来了，就对外租赁了= =
长租,长租,长租！（1个月到8个月都可以，3个月以上最好，可以租一间到几间都行）
房子身处上东中心,5分钟到中央公园,10分钟到时代广场,
开心了公园跑跑步,不开心了去买买买,perfect
楼下附近什么鬼便利店什么的一抓一把
关于房子:两层house一共有5个房间,特别适合拉上同学闺蜜基友一起，我们也是想租给
学生和年轻professionals..
上下2层，每层都有舒服的卫生间，保管通畅
每个房间都是自己亲手布置和装修的，风格也大多简约（小文艺范？）
家具和床等等都是自己宜家置办的，睡了不想起来那种
价格的话房间大小不一样价格也当然不同呐

Finally we are seeing some spring activities in late February, many quality
calls are flooding in just pass week, we improved the rent roll some what
this month.
People still prefer SFH compare to apartment living, SFHs continue at 100%
occupancy,
We offer 50% off on first month rent on the new complex, hoping to fill few
more units.
For February, of the 134 total units own, we closed the month with 9 opens.
