肯定了publication, 质疑了审稿，说是审稿是发生在2014年2015年，有问题，其实我

peer reviewers
• The criteria for being a member of the editorial board
• The reputation of the publishers来证明不是routine的工作。部分应该没
有，我手上有两份信，都是说因为我outstanding才让我审稿的。另外还有一个德国的
编辑同意给我写封信。关键是contribution,RFE是模板，这个不怪IO,律师写的关于
contribution的推荐信太模板，里面没有具体的我的工作别别人应用的例子。而且正如
你们所说，推荐人太弱，没有欧美强国的推荐信。接下来准备找一个日本的教授（前段

己开公司）一封，美国教授一封，两位编辑各一封。文章数目没有增加，引用从151增
加到了171次，审稿从31增加到了36次。虽然引用数目还行，但是，没有一个引用是大
家所认为的亮点。所有的推荐人没有一个业内的牛人。所审的稿，除了plos one用
google的排名，看起来还行，其它都是不知名期刊。律师建议在感恩节前送出RFE
response，好让移民官一边吃这火鸡肉，一边审我的案子。结果证明律师是正确的。我
只能说，自己比较幸运，碰到了比较好的移民官。

原因很多，有时候是export control，发电等比较sensitive的原因。单纯坐在研发部或者办公室的可能没太大关系，涉及到生产流程，中试等的时候麻烦多点。很多研发部PhD可以不是绿卡，但是同样公司有可能在生产类，控制类部门PhD+EAD也不行。
总之看公司和公司具体部门了。谁也不愿意冒险惹麻烦。 |

样品购自香港 质量甚至达不到中国际准
昨天有媒体报道称，CER Research机构向位于德国的一个专业检测食品安全的实验
室邮寄六个品牌的样品进行成分检测和分析。检测样品分别购买于上海及香港。
实验结果显示，在香港购买的样品雅培喜康宝一段，被检测出是送检样品中最差的
一个，并且完全不符合国际标准，甚至不能达到中国的新国标。据介绍，中国的新国标
要求婴幼儿配方奶粉中乳清蛋白与酪蛋白的最低比例不能低于6∶4，而雅培的喜康宝一
段完全没有达到这个标准，相差甚远。上述检测结果同时还表明雅培产品的热处理强度
非常高。
该报道援引报告称，以上的结果对于婴幼儿配方奶粉来说都是非常负面的因素。新
生婴儿食用过多的酪蛋白被证实会导致肠道出血，营养不良，腹泻，及对肾脏功能造成
很大的压力。
据报道称，法国国家农业研究协会的下属机构INRA的研究总监Dr.Didier Dupont也
评论说，样品中乳清蛋白对酪蛋白的比例很低，完全不符合标准，并且变性的程度很高

旧金山一个陪审团判定两名男子有罪，罪名是将商业机密出售给中国企业。美国官员们
称，商业间谍活动正演变成一个越来越突出的问题。
被判有罪的人是刘元轩(Walter Liew)和Robert Maegerle。美国官员说，该案件是1996
年经济间谍法(Economic Espionage Act)出台后联邦陪审团第一次判定相关指控的罪名
成立。它的重要意义还在于，这是美国第一次针对一家外国国有企业提出间谍罪指控。
上述指控仍然悬而未决，但涉事企业远在中国，完全不受美国司法部(Justice
Department)的掌控。
以最重的量刑看，刘元轩面临着最长20年的监禁。Maegerle则因合谋帮助刘元轩窃取杜

I think the MITCSSA reserves some space for badminton every Friday
afternoon (night?). Usually, people just show up and play. But the last
time I went, more people showed up than there are space to play. (Many
were playing doubles already) So, show up early...
Also, if you are a MIT student, you can reserve court areas for
badminton. |
