我于今年10月E-file I-140, 并于一个星期内寄出了我的petition letter 及 support
document and exhibits （附上E-receipt)。 USCIS 收到我的材料并有LUD. 不想等
了，于12月初pp. 刚收到USCIS RFE 说我的材料与申请不符，要求我再寄给他们I-140
form 及 材料。其原文为：USCIS is in receipt of your petition for I-140 filed
on December X, 2010. However, the supporting documentation and exhibits are
not currently matched with your file. Please resubmit for I-140 and
supporting evidence (documents and exhibits）.

financial statements required.
However, the time to process the visa application from Chinese national is
unpredictible. It took about 2 months for my friend to get the India visa in
NY consul. |
