院子不大，又不想掀草地，只能在fence和草地之间的缝隙弄几个raised bed，还有几

不过我觉得书里没太讲具体训练问题，而且感觉Dr. Maffetone作为医生，最关心的是
健康，至于比赛成绩什么的都是次要的。
要批判大书的可以读一下人家的总结，缺点说的很到位：
