If you own a large house, you would have so much furnitures and belongings,
moving to a rental is not always possible and economical. There are very few
single house rentals in my area and even if you find one, the rent is
somewhere north of $6-7K+/month. There are a lot of affordable apartment
rentals in the $2K-$3K range, but a house-load of stuffs would not fit in.
