涉及2012年一名大学新生在Theta Chi兄弟会入会仪式中饮酒致命的三名佛斯卢加州州
立大学（CSU， Fresno）学生，当局周二表示三人已经被控以「欺侮新生」（hazing）
的罪名。
死者为贝克斯菲（Bakersfield）18岁新生狄赫内斯（Philip Dhanens）。当时在
佛斯卢州大上第一学期才只有两周。
三名被告分别是28岁的塞莱托（Leonard Serrato）、24岁的雷莫（Aaron Raymo）
及22岁的贝克（Daniel Baker），他们还被控拿酒给死者饮用的轻罪。

法官罗契(Dennis Will Roach)在判词中说：“提勒急需帮助，而我们社会也极需提勒
接受处分。”罗契下令提勒交由儿童服务局看管，直到他满19岁为止。不过，提勒的家
人打算上诉。
当局和法院文件指出，提勒住在移动房屋，去年10月他与窗外的三个女孩聊天。提勒问

有两条，其中位于赫尔斯特拉伯的最受游客欢迎。樱花花期通常为7到10天，因天气条
件不同而有所差异。
2,南非的约翰内斯堡拥有世界上最大的人造森林，超过一千万棵树生长在这个南非最大
城市。世界上有至少49种蓝花楹，其中大部分原产于南美和加勒比海地区。图中的蓝花
楹隧道位于比勒陀利亚，当地拥有70000多棵蓝花楹，盛开时使整个城市到处呈现出绚

建议办理护照的时间规画六周，但是在旅行业有20多年经验的“直接旅游”主管珍．戴
尔(Jean Dyer)却认为，现在办理护照的时间，应规画六个月。
造成这个现象有数个原因。调查911恐怖攻击的委员会在2007年通过“西半球旅行
计画”，规定到墨西哥、加拿大和加勒比海地区旅行需持护照。结果逾1800万人申请护

出过2次miss fire,2次都在冬天
第一次换了4个ignition coil，好了
第二次就是去年12月，检查说engine挂了，7w麦过保了，claim Geico MBI, 1个半月后
换了个engine.

友家的HOUSE，卫生条件很好。自己住APT也不注意卫生。。。唉。以后我是不想住APT
了。宁愿多花钱一个人住一个HOUSE清静一点。APT又吵又不知道之前有什么。关键也不
要自己买任何二手家具，中国人喜欢买来卖去的。还有 CRAIGILSIT上的那些，我现在
想想都毛骨悚然的。特别不道德的人，如果知道有虫子还卖，后果真的很麻烦，不过这
些都是违法的了，会遭到SUE的。。
野猫也没有被谴责，我去年确实是被LICE也攻击过，是因为我弟弟去他家房东地下室洗
衣服，他们家的DYER WASHER都在地下室，但地下室有猫和兔子，他们家的猫不是圈养
的，所以会出去和小野猫玩，所以他家的猫有虱子，我弟弟一次不小心上来的时候把小
猫带进来了。。。我就去我弟弟家住了一晚，然后后来我们搬家住在一起一个月。然后
我们就没有消停，一个月后也不知道怎么就没事了。而且我们又搬到了新的地方。所以
后来就没啥事了。是比较复杂。但当时好像就是LICE KILLER杀了一下，没有你们说的
BUG那么麻烦。

打电话给truescreen，SSN那个没PASS是因为提供的地址和SSN记录里的不match。
SSN里面是公司的，我现在在work from home,在老婆这里，这个M向我要最近3张
paystub时我已经说了。。。因为paystub上是在公司的地址。
但是我觉得这事都不大，感觉还是PHD的问题，因为虽然truescreen已经verify我的MS
学位了，也verify了我那3年确实在读PHD做RA（working experience），我也向他们的
bg check team解释了现在没有PHD学位，可以提供成绩单，但是或许就认定我这方面
cheating了。
基本没戏了。。。
