到：在美国宪法增修条文第二条「人民持有和携带武器的权利不得予以侵犯」的庇荫之
下，美国真的是持枪犯罪者的乐园。
奥巴马总统语重心长：「我们必须承认，像这种规模的暴力，在其他先进国家是看
不到的。」他呼吁国会立法加强枪械管制，誓言不会让屠杀成为美国的「新常态」（
new normal）。
加强美国枪械管制？不可能的任务
然而奥巴马的任期只剩1年又7个月，国会参众两院由共和党掌控，在可预见的未来
，无论再发生多少场血案、死多少人，美国的枪械管制绝对不会变得更加严格，「全国
步枪协会」（NRA）等拥枪团体甚至会要求放松管制，因为「善良民众要有自卫的能力

2015年6月17日，一名白人男子持枪袭击了南卡罗来纳州查尔斯顿市的一座教堂，造成
9名非洲裔居民死亡。
当地时间2016年12月9日，陪审团在法庭上看到了枪手鲁夫（Dylann Roof）在接受警方
问询时的视频录像。这名22岁的青年在视频里笑着承认：“是我杀了他们。”
据BBC新闻报道，这段长达2个小时的视频是在枪击发生17个小时后录制的。鲁夫告诉
FBI探员称他本来考虑过要去袭击毒贩，但担心他们会反击。
所以他最终决定袭击伊曼纽尔非裔卫理圣公会教堂的圣经学习小组。该教堂是美国最古
老和最知名的黑人教堂之一。
