Harness的时候她不哭不闹，回家吃了奶就睡了3个小时，但是醒来过后就开始
screaming，就像哪里把她伤着了一样，（宝宝以前一直很天使，哭都很少，从未
screaming)，晚上睡了一个多小时就开始一直吵，即便抱着她也是短则几分钟，长则十
几二十分钟就要screaming一次。同时食量大增，差不多增加了50%，上午抱着她好好睡
了一个多小时，然后又是时不时screaming，什么都哄不住。下午给医生打了电话，让

刚领回来的时候就觉得后腿好像不太正常，和家里以后的猫猫走路姿势都不一样，去做
Vet check 的时候还特意问了医生，医生给看了下说没事，我们就没太在意
结果昨天晚上发现他左后腿一瘸一瘸的，现在基本上用3个腿走路，奇怪的是他仍然和
以前一样的跑啊跳啊，好像完全没有意识到自己是用3个腿跑跳的，没意识到自己腿不
方便，也不叫疼，不闹，看他那个样子我的心都碎了！我家的大宝有点啥不舒服就叫得
不行不行的，我们就马上知道要带她看医生了。这个老二还真是一点不心疼自己啊！我
们都心疼死了。
我上网查了一下Hip Dysplasia, 感觉上症状好像的， 而且看了一个视频，里面狗狗得
了HIP, 和我家二宝走路姿势很像
我想马上带他去看医生，可是问题是我们还没有给他买保险呢，我和老公又都是学生，
不知道手术费要多少钱！现在买保险的话，比如买PETPLAN， 要14天后才能看病，我要
是等到14天以后带他去看是不是太晚了啊？

DDH treatment is age dependent. It seems that in US, more aggressive
treatment will be used if patient is more than 6 mo old and has definitive
diagnosis of DDH. But I cannot evaluate how bad is this patient's DDH.

Most doctors in China even do not know this disease. So, he got at least 3
different suggestions:
1, two doctors said that the situation is not serious, what he need to do is
'hold her like a frog' for several months.
2. One doctor suggested to stablize the position with cast.
3. One doctor suggested to use positioning device.

求助先发外观图片上来,单纯的x-ray不能很好的说明问题,虽然左侧股骨头成骨确实差
些.
拍照请将患儿双腿尽量并拢伸直,不要穿裤子.
对于一岁左右的孩子,如果确诊,目前来看应该可以进行(内收肌切断)外展位支具固定,
加上其他的保守疗法,不一定需要髋臼成型术.
岁数大一些的患儿,则需要皮(骨)牵引,自体(异体)骨移植髋臼成型术.
这个不是啥高精尖的东西,老美病人量不够,一般地方才真的不会治呢.
如果确诊,应该及时治疗.

cause. it could be SAH occurring in the delivery process, cerebral
dysplasia, infection and many many reasons.
the calcification in the ventricle indicates it is more likely it was caused

厉害，隐约有些作痛， 自己觉得好像有些低烧，量了下大概也就37度， 上个月月底作
的胃镜，一个多礼拜后受到结果，如下:

dysplasia）。现在孩子不能吃喝，不能排大小便，只能靠注射营养维持生命。
宝宝现在在国内，父母希望来美国治疗，但不知道如何得到医生的建议。他们想先咨询
这边的医生，看看有没有好的治疗方案，如果有就赶紧过来，如果医生建议放弃的话就
要放弃了。
恳请版上的朋友指点，这种情况下该怎么联系医生？有没有人能联系到懂中文的儿医？

是，如果pap没有，consider inadequte for dysplasia evalution.

域有轻度癌前病变细胞 pre-cancer cells, dysplasia，今年三月复查的时候还是保持
轻度。继续观察到最近检查，发现那两感染区域没有缩小，其他地方居然又多了一小点
，医生看显微镜的口气貌似不是很乐观，不确定是否变成moderate中度了，检查结果还
没出来。医生说有的人在中度的时候就选择做锥形切除手术切掉宫颈口那块了。听了怕
怕的，不知道如果真是中度是否要做切除。看自己这情况，估计靠自身逆转的可能性也
不大了。
宝宝版的妈妈们，如果有类似经历，能否分享下经验，现在心里很担心呢。多谢啦 |

能就是麻烦一点。不过话说回来，儿医一般在6个月之前的每次checkup都会检查髋骨的
（就是把娃的俩条腿掰来掰去），是的可能性也不大。9个月照x光应该能吧骨头看很清
楚了，看医生结果吧。
