在Kosaka市，人们现在便大谈所谓「城市开採」（urban mining），大搞金属回收
。日本国家材料科学研究所曾指出，在日本，废旧电子产品约含有30万吨稀土物料。与
佔去全球93%稀土生产的中国相比，这数字虽微不足道，但日本分析家认为，这仍有助

rare earth prices skyrocketed in the past week.
